The master bedroom has a cal-king bed along with a TV and a beautiful view overlooking the complex gardens and ocean. and it's own A/C unit. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 Twin beds which can easily be converted to a king along with it's own A/C unit. Both bathrooms have been remodeled (2019) with step in showers. The large Kitchen is complete with lots of counter top space and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs along with extra storage space for groceries. Enjoy your meals either inside in the open dining area or outside on your very private lanai. The living room, which has a new couch and chairs is cozy and comfortable and has a 40" flat screen T.V. with a blue ray/dvd player. There are ceiling fans for your comfort as well as AM/FM clock radios in both bedrooms and living room, a landline, internet access and a SMALL washer/dryer!
We have included beach towels along with a basket of assorted ocean fun items for both the young and the not so young to use while here - such as a large beach umbrella, boogie board, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, noodles, kids toys and a cooler.
There are 2 pools that are located on the property which is where you will find the BBQ grills for your use. **PLEASE NOTE - The LOWER pool will be CLOSED from 5/3-6/7/21 for maintenance.**
We use a Key less entry system so no more worries of getting locked out or losing your keys. There is a new locking security screen door to allow breezes through the unit both during the day as well as the night. Kihei Akahi provides on-site security patrol from 5PM to 8AM 7 days a week.
Each unit has a reserved parking space.
The location of this unit is perfect…directly across the street from one of Kihei's best beaches - Kamaole Beach II. You are only a short walk away from local shopping and restaurants. There is golfing along with more shopping and dining just south of Kihei in Wailea - along with nightlife, and more beaches to explore. You will find that everything you need is just minutes away from your "home away from home".

My family of four (two boys aged 17 and 15) stayed at Laurie’s condo for 13 days over Christmas. We have stayed in Maui at other condos four other times and this condo was by far our favorite. It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked.
The three AC units worked very well but were not needed for the most part because of the trade winds. The condo is equipped with a secure metal screen door. We were able to lock it and leave it open at night allowing the breeze to keep the condo very comfortable. There is also a key for the door which allowed us to go down to the pool and lock the screen door from the outside, which kept the condo cool.
The kitchen was very well stocked. There wasn’t anything we wished for that we didn’t have and the knives were sharp! The fridge is huge. All of the appliances worked great. There are spacious shelves in the kitchen that allowed us to store all the big boxes of items that we bought at Costco.
Both bedrooms had lots of space for clothes in drawers and hanging in the closet with room leftover for suitcases.
The bathrooms are set up so the sink is separate from the shower and toilet making it very convenient for one person to shower while another gets ready. There were two bins under each sink where we were able to place all of our toiletries to keep the counter space less cluttered. There were also medicine cabinets for even more storage.
The lanai is very spacious with seating for four. The AC fan unit on the lanai is very quiet and doesn’t seem to throw a lot of heat. We were able to sit on the lanai and enjoy a glass of wine while the boys had the AC running in their bedroom. We found a drying rack in the master bedroom and it fit perfectly between the railing and the AC fan. That allowed us to set our wet bathing suits and towels outside and leave the chairs free to sit on.
There were four beach chairs, two umbrellas, three boogie boards, a good -sized cooler and a bin of sand toys. They were in great shape and we used these every day.
The parking stall is in an excellent location. It is adjacent to a loading zone which means you only have one neighboring car. It is also right by the elevators making it easier to get groceries from the car to the condo. We also discovered a wheeled crate in the condo that was worth its weight in gold for bringing groceries up.
We liked this condo so much, we are discussing coming back in 2021.

My family of 4 stayed at the property for 10 days in August, and really felt that everything was there that we could possibly need - even kitchen items that you’d not expect. The owner takes a great deal of thought, and clearly pride, into their property. We had one small issue with the AC (it was sweltering when we weee there, so we needed it!), and the property manager was on it immediately; fixed it the same day we called it in.
Location is great; it’s a quick and easy walk down the hill and across the street to get to Kam2, or a short jaunt through the parking lots to either of the well-maintained pools. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as quick access to 31/Piilani Highway if you’re heading out of Kihei.
Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

This condo was very well equipped and the location was great. It made for a very nice place to relax after a long day at the beach. The beds were comfortable as well, which is something we haven’t always found with condos we have rented. The internet was fast and our kids appreciated that. I appreciated how nice Laurie was to deal with and how she seemed to anticipate guests’ needs with beach chairs and other goodies. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Kihei. We look forward to coming back to Laurie’s condo at some time in the future.

It was like coming home. This was our second year here and we are looking forward to next year already. It is a very comfortable condo, well appointed with everything you need available. The beds are very comfortable. The view is awesome. We use the pools a lot and they are well maintained. We walk every morning and enjoy the flat area for that. We will take a short walk to the beach to see the waves whales and turtles. I go quilting every Friday and have met some nice ladies. We enjoyed meeting Frank, Betty, and Laurie.see you next year

Excellent customer service, property very clean and well maintained.
We used property 2 time and we very recommend this property to everybody.
Close to beach nice view ,many restaurants very close. The kitchen loaded with all, what you need ,feel like home.

This is the perfect spot for us and we stayed for 2 weeks. This was our 4th trip to Maui and having stayed in Hotels and other condos this was the best solution. Very close to the beach allowed us to swim and snorkel several times a day with no fuss and right next door to a couple restaurants . The suite is clean and well equipped for cooking and daily living with a decent view. The facilities in the complex are great- two pools and BBQ entertaining area which became great social area to meet other travelers and (not that it was needed) 24 hour security.
While we were there Hurricane Lane bore down on the Island. This created a lot of angst but knowing we had a secure well equipped place to hunker down really helped ease our fears.
The owners are great and very responsive. We will be back and would recommend to others.

Our family of four stayed in this condo from July 19-29, 2018. The property is well located and literally steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This top floor unit has great views of the ocean, the tropical grounds and one of the two pools. One huge difference compared to other condos is the central air conditioning which made things very comfortable. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need including boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella and a cooler! I would highly recommend staying here.
