The unit was everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and serving supplies. There were plenty of towels and sheets provided. There was an air conditioner which was nice on the really warm days. The area felt very safe and quiet. We were in walking distance of so much beauty. The beaches were just stunning. There were also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
It was the perfect stay! Exactly what we were looking for. Not only was the host extremely kind, there was everything you might need and more. Everything was easy to find and was a great location to everything we wanted to do.
Great location, quick access to Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. The accommodation was very comfortable, cozy, with a mostly fully operational kitchen and gas grill on one of the two lanais. We had many meals en suite which adds to our enjoyment of Holoni house.
The location and house setup were 5 stars, but the house has a strong odor of mold. After airing out the house, the odor was tolerable, but still caused allergy issues. Other reviews didn’t mention this so I’m not sure if this is a new issue. There is only a/c in the bedroom, which is also important if you plan on having anyone stay in the pull out bed during summer. The a/c works well but is very loud and sounds like a gallon of water is constantly being drained. There were also period stains on the bedsheets. The house is located on a quiet street and would’ve been wonderful otherwise.
Great property, lovely yard, nice neighborhood. Clean and centrally located it was a wonderful visit!
Less than a mile from the beach where turtles swim up to the shore at sunset. We didn’t even need the A/C because when you open the windows, it has the best airflow. The host was amazing and quick to respond. We had a great time.
The house was in the perfect location. We had everything we needed for myself, my husband and our teen kids to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay the place is great very comfortable, location is amazing, only thing it needs a new shower spigot, were water comes out, and shower head. Very close to great beaches greenbelt path is great! Loved the place.

Great location- I was surprised the fees and taxes were more than the cost of the rental
It was advertised to have an air conditioner but it did not function. I called the manager the first day but it was never fixed so It was very hard to sleep in the heat. I asked for a rebate but the owner screamed at the manager that I should have left the first day. But I had already paid over $ 2,000 for a 5 day stay.
John was an excellent host and his home and it’s location was beyond expectations! Thank you!
