As this is a Non Smoking Unit, smoking areas are provided in two locations. There is no smoking in the units or their lanais which includes Vaping

The owners have thought of everything you might need while you are staying here. It’s within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There are three beautiful beaches right across the road. Would definitely recommend

The property is excellent. Having to deal with VRBO as it currently exists, is TRAGIC. The beauty of the original site before Expedia got hold of it has been destroyed for pure financial gain.
Will try other booking alternatives in the future. Less drama, fewer fees, no gouging.

A great location and setup for a family if 4. Close walking distance to the beach. The unit is close to the pool and BBQ area which we used a number of times during the stay and was very handy.

The condo was well equipped and perfect for a week long Maui stay. Very comfortable! Also a quick walk to the beach and lots of food options nearby! Would definitely stay here again :)

I booked this property based on the previous reviews and glad that I did. It was just perfect for our family. I booked both 101 and 101A, which worked out great as my husband and I were traveling with our two older sons ages 18 & 21. The units had everything you would need and were well kept. It is a short walk from the main road and the beach, maybe 4 to 5 minutes. Beautiful sunsets and open air restaurant next door to watch the suset and sip a margarita! Will definetly be returning!

We had such an AMAZING stay in the beautiful paradise home! We arrived a little late in the evening and we’re so relieved that it was easy to find, easy to access, and completely stocked with all the necessities for our stay. The beds were comfy, showers were roomy, with lots of hot water & good water pressure, and the whole home was clean and spacious.
At first light we were even more thrilled— WHAT A GREAT LOCATION! So close to beaches, dining, shopping, and the most gorgeous sunsets!!!
Our family of 20 somethings can be picky— but they all remarked that this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Anne has truly thought of everything you’ll need to enjoy Maui— just bring your swim suit!! We will be back soon!

If you are planning on staying in the Kihei area of Maui then this is an ideal accommodation. Loved the proximity to the Beach, Restaurants, and Shops. Great to walk along the Beach in the mornings and to go down to watch the Sunsets at night. Cannot say enough good things about the unit. It had everything you need, was extremely clean and everything was new and of excellent quality. Mahalo for making our time in Kihei enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this Beautiful Island!!

Fabulous condo and location in the heart of Maui. Very nice renovation and layout, which provided spacious living as well as privacy. The condo offers a full aloha experience - a great area to power walk/jog, sun and sand at the ocean (just steps away) or at one of the pools on the property and the experience of the famous Maui sunsets nightly. Highly recommend.

Our young adult sons met up with us in Maui recently where we enjoyed twelve glorious days in this incredible 1st class condo, while venturing out and taking advantage of all that Maui has to offer (sun, beach, golf, golf and more golf!) The place is spacious, gorgeously decorated, clean and modern. It has a well-equipped kitchen and the condo itself contains all of the comforts of home - and more! Location is perfect, a short skip and hop to the beach and many excellent restaurants and little shops in a beautiful part of south Kihei. No need for a car unless you want to venture out of the Kihei area to explore the rest of the Island. Easy access to many top-notch golf courses for those who want some challenge (aka frustration) in their lives! We really LOVED the layout of the unit -- the twi bedroom areas are separated by the main part of the condo, each area with its own full bath -- so that the two sets of adults felt they each had their own very private spaces! Mahalo to the Kovacs and to Ann who was so lovely and helpful during our stay! Aloha and mahalo!
