Hello, overall, our stay was very enjoyable! Clean property and pool along with well-kept grounds. We appreciated the carts available to bring our bags up with. Kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. Could us a pair of kitchen scissors however.
The flooring inside the condo had some sort of coating on it that turned our socks and feet brown. Ruined a pair of socks because of it. Would recommend adding an additional chair in living space to add more comfortable seating.
Lisa Sue the property manager on site was wonderful! She is very welcoming and a hard worker, as we saw her any time morning, noon or night working on keeping the public areas clean and well kept. She is wonderful!
Property was well equipped, kitchen stuff, lots of extras from other places we have stayed at.
Property was described accurately as to the listing.

We loved this condo, it has been recently remodeled, nicely decorated, great location, with a beautiful view. The condo was well stocked, except for cooking oil. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was very noisy, which impacted a restful sleep. So we turned it off. Other than that it's a 5 star. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Maui Parkshore. The location is perfect for getting to the beach at all hours of the day and being close to Wailea, shopping, and good food. The perfect spot for a laid back vacay.
Maui ParkShore is a great place as we stay in this complex all the time. I saw this unit being renovated a few years back and it’s very nice. Views to the ocean are great. Air conditioners are nice in the bedrooms, however they are noisy. Using the fan is better.
Wi-Fi works great as I needed it everyday for work.
With the beach directly across the street, that is what we like.
Not sure what the humming noise is you hear from the guest bedroom (seams to be an always on fan from the hall bathroom) as I heard it all the time.
On our last night we noticed a few bugs in the living room area and upon searching from where they were coming from it was found in the corner where the cable wire was. We cleaned everything up and reported it the Rental company (CBI). I had inquired what they were but did not hear back from them.
I would stay in this unit again
The unit had all the items we needed from salt and pepper to card and board games to dishes and all. Small things we didn’t think of to large essentials. The shower floors are made of smooth stones which look very cool. The huge sliding glass doors have a wonderful view of the ocean. It was literally located directly across the street at the beach, with two more beaches with in one block. Many eateries and excursion options across the immediate 3-4 blocks.
We loved this condo! It was very clean and enough space for us and our 2 friends. The proximity to the beach was so great!

We came to Maui Parkshore to spend my hubby & daughters birthday, both 3/31. I met the owners Christmas of 2021. We stayed next door. They were leaving & I asked if I could see the unit. They showed me & let me tell you this place is a home away from home. Seriously. This was a smaller version of our home in Spokane. Neat, clean, updated & the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a Godsend! Our daughter (28) wanted to thank you for all the hangers. She loves clothes!!Maui Parkshore has parking & is centrally located to everything. The washer/dryer in unit was great as well. There would be just a couple constructive ideas to say. Both beds sloped in the center, which led to sore backs. Even when we made the bed you could see the dip threw the bedding. The other thing we noticed that most units had drapes inside. The outside shade/pull-down was nice but the afternoon sun was so hot. This unit was a bit more costly but not like we do this very often. Also a shout out to the rental company. The freezer wasn’t making ice so I had to call them. Someone came out immediately & fixed the problem. (Someone had put the ice bin in backwards). Go figure. Thx for having us! 🌴

Overall this is an amazing property. The unit is nice and modern, even if the building is older. The lanai is very large and the view couldn't get much better. I do however have a couple of thoughts regarding the unit and building itself.1) This is out of the rental company's control, however we had no hot water for the first 2 days as the building relies on solar panels for hot water. They have a backup system, however it is unclear how long it was/will be out of order. For the first two days of our trip there was unfortunately very little sun and as a result, there was next to no hot water. Again, not something that is the rental agency's fault, but something of note.2) The kitchen could be a little better stocked. The pots and pans are quite dated, other general kitchen/bbq utensils could be better stocked and a few more cutting boards would be helpful instead of just the 1.3) Better beach towels would be nice. They're on the older side4) The beach chairs have a few that are starting to look to need replacing. A small cooler to take to the beach would be a great addition5) A beach umbrella would be nice to have as some times at the beach you can not find shadeOverall this is a great rental option and would recommend to a friend.
