Completely remodeled! Our full condo remodel was completed just a few years ago, and we would love to share all the new comforts and conveniences with you. Of course, the third floor, 180º spectacular ocean view hasn't changed. Our condo now offers 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, oversized stacked laundry, and upgrades throughout. Updated upscale appliances, filtered water, and zoned a/c. New reclining sofa. Both bedrooms have complete walls for better privacy. New for 2024 are hybrid twin beds in the second bedroom.
Big, bright glass doors and windows opening to the west facing lanai bring fantastic whale watching opportunities and front row seats for the amazing sunsets. Relax on the lanai with our teak furniture, no sticky plastic chairs here. Enjoy the electric sunshade in the afternoon! Cool mountain breezes bring extra comfort in the evenings. Open the windows and doors and enjoy the fresh air!

Please note, there is no elevator in our complex.

Our owners' association has recently completed a full condo complex oceanside patio renovation. Newer colorful landscaping too. Our new patio is now a beautiful quartzite that will be a pleasure to walk on with bare feet (still warm in the sun, of course). This upgrade is a pleasurable complement to the wonders of Maui nature at our oceanfront locale.

Our location is convenient to many Maui adventures, but don't forget to include a few spectacular sunsets right at home at your 'front row' location. Later, let the rolling ocean waves sooth you into sleep in the surfside main bedroom and awake to the blue sky over the aqua sea. So much to do nearby- snorkeling with turtles off the spectacular south Maui beaches (there are often turtles right out front in the sand, please keep a distance!), exploring upcountry and Haleakala, touring the Maui Ocean Center. Rather stay home for a day or evening? You will be able to enjoy private wi-fi, a 46" HD TV with Deluxe cable and wifi streaming Bluray DVD player, an additional TV and DVD player in the main bedroom, CD/iPod player, phone service with free long distance to US, Canada & at least 33 other countries. Or take a walk along the beach right outside your door. We have beach toys, towels, and sand chairs, and binoculars for whale watching.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. Everything was clean and the view is amazing. We had a blast in the small pool as well as enjoying the beach from the lanai. Condo was well stocked and lots of checks to make sure we had what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The view is amazing, daytime and sunset, beautiful stars at night. The home had everything we needed for our time there. The location is fantastic for day trips throughout Maui. The highlight was watching the sea turtles come up on the beach just after sunset and leave the beach at sunrise. Wonderful all around. Jane is terrific to deal with. We are looking forward to another stay in the future.

I pick properties based on the view. This location has an amazing view. You will not find a better balcony view. Palm trees, ocean, other islands, sunset, etc. The condo property is okay. Again the beach location is great. Lots of units being remodeled. Kihei is not like the resort areas. It's a real village, not some manicured tourist location. But it's close to great food (walking distance) and not far from Makena Big Beach, which you should definitely visit. The beach in front of the property is good for walking and sunsets. Windy in the afternoon, quiet in the morning. Not a great swimming beach but okay. The two bedrooms each have their own private baths which is great! The kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you would need to cook. Only thing we couldn't find was a coffee grinder. There is a private parking lot with plenty of spaces, which is great! The owner was be accomodating and a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved so much about this condo: very clean, amazing ocean view (breathtaking sunsets), walkable beach just a few feet away, able to swim at high tide (careful of rocks), AC, friendly property manager… I gave it a 4 star because the beds were not comfortable. We might have extended our week stay if the beds were better.

We might have extended our week stay if the beds were better.

Property owner was very responsive to minor questions we had. Condo is in a great location and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
