Work Times: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No loud work until 8:30 AM)
Location: Resort lower lobby exterior patio area (near the upper family pool) and below the "penthouse" building tower residences H, I, J, K, L, M.
Project Phases:
Material Delivery and Setup: Sept 3 - 6
Demolition and Concrete Repairs: Begins week of Sept 9th for 3 - 4 weeks.
Surface Preparation and Waterproofing: Approx. 2 weeks following demolition
Stone and Tile Installation: Est. 2-3 weeks
Please note that while the most significant noise is expected during the demolition phase, there may be some level of noise throughout the entire project.

From I404 there are expansive west-facing views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Maui's famous sunsets. I404 has two bedrooms with king beds in each, as well as a separate den room with a Full size sofa (58" x 73.5") bed that is located off the great room. There are a total of three sleeping spaces for up to six guests. I404 has two full bathrooms, the master with tub and separate shower, and the guest bathroom with shower.

First, please visit Maui -- the island needs tourists to keep coming. And, Maui remains one of the most beautiful places in the world! The condominium that we stayed in was truly amazing. It was above and beyond the description and the property management company did everything possible to make our stay perfect. It was a perfect location; close to everything including dining, shopping and especially the beach. We were very pleased and throughly loved our vacation.

We have been visiting Maui as a home owner and guest at multiple properties for over 20 years. This has probably been the best managed process and unit presentation we have experienced in the high end category. Will definitely use this property mgr and Villas again soon.

We love Wailea and this is our second time staying in a Wailea Beach Villa. Both stays have been truly amazing. The condo was immaculate and just as beautiful as pictured. We enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views of Wailea from the main rooms and lanai. Amenities were 5 star including all the little extras (beach bags, toys, paper goods, laundry supplies, etc. ). Picturesque Wailea beach, pool, shops and dining were a short 3-5 minute walk away. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, from the moment we booked our stay to the day of departure. A perfect location to enjoy everything Wailea has to offer.

We had wonderful time at Modern Maui. We enjoyed a combination of taking advantage of exciting activities on Maui and just staying on the property and relaxing. The wonderful setting of the pool by the ocean is hard to beat!
