This Beachfront Condo has been remodeled with ceramic tile throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with extended granite countertops, flat-top stove and Thomasville Maple cabinets, and a remodeled bathroom with custom tile work, granite vanity, King
pillowtop mattress and other upgrades. Furnishings include a high quality spring mattress Sofabed to sleep 2 more people and a comfy rocker/recliner. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, wireless high-speed Internet, cable TV, telephone, all linens and beach towels.

NOTE: This home IS air conditioned. However, the system is what is referred to locally as a "Swamp Cooler" and although it is serviced regularly it is not designed to go below 75 degrees. Therefore, the temperature in the home will never go below 75 degrees unless it is really cold outside!

Checking in was delayed for over an hour because the lock malfunctioned. After a first night sleep, we were shockingly awaken by the smoke detector which also malfunctioned. We had issues with bugs, clogged toilet, poor garbage disposal, and a slow draining tub. Everyone was super helpful and the remaining time there after all our problems were addressed was paradise.

Wonderful beach made our extended stay worth it! The staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. The place provided beach chairs and water sports equipment, including snorkel and fins and boogie boards, just needed new umbrellas. The unit could have been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and needs some insect control. Overall, the place was quiet and less populated than Waikiki, bigger waves, and plenty of turtles and fish to see. There are some homeless people nearby, but they mostly stay to themselves.

Very good. Much like other reviews concerning A/C in main living area. Can get warm but A/C in bedroom worked well. Great location on first floor. Some of the nearby neighborhoods are not first rate but we were never bothered by anyone. We ate and shopped locally with no problems. Would go back tomorrow if I could.

Just a quick note to say that the unit was as advertised and the property manager was very honest about the unit prior to booking. There is AC in the bedroom but the rest of the unit was a little warm...but we booked the unit knowing that this might be the case. It was amazing to be able to walk from your living room right onto the sand. Could not have asked for a better location. It was like a private beach! Would recommend the unit to anyone wanting an amazing view and access to the beach and ocean.

We had a wonderful time in this small piece of paradise. If you wish to relax in a "not so tourist" area, this is your place. We would stay here again. Would have given 5 stars but had a couple unexpected run-ins with cranky permanent residents in the BBQ area that were upset that it was tourist season. Oh well!

We were told there would be construction noise but no one said anything about having our complete beach access cut off but construction. Also there was no A/C. They kept saying they would send someone to fix it but it was never fixed. The little portable unit in the master bedroom blew hot air. Would have loved it if everything was fixed and cleaned up. Beautiful beach.
