Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with all new wide plank flooring throughout. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 10-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

The Fairway Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Finding a 3 bedroom within a reasonable budget is not an easy task in Hawaii and we are so lucky we found this place! Our group was two couples and our young children 6mo to 3 years and we couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are spacious and the house was well stocked with beach gear, a cooler on wheels, washer/dryer, pack n play, and high chair! We did have to buy a few baby gates due to the stairs. The pool area is right in back of the patio and it features gorgeous waterfalls, a hot tub, a large pool AND connected shallow kids pool! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were so kind and sweet to us. Jim and his team made our stay easy, when we had questions or concerns they were quick to respond and help.
The Fairmont Orchid is also 1 min away by car or a 10 min walk - they have free valet parking during the day for easy access to the beach or a day at the spa.

We loved the Mauna Lani beach club access and how close the unit is to the pool. The townhouse is large and spacious :)

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location. Close to beaches. Nice pool and hot tub right out the back of the unit. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Very spacious and well equipped. I would stay here again!

Villa was gorgeous and right by the beautiful pool and awesome hot tub. Near a grocery store and amazing beaches within walking distance. Loved all the snorkeling, beach chairs and bookie boards at our disposable. Super attentive owner and loved our week long stay. Definitely coming back. ❤️ 🏝️ ❤️

This facility is very beautiful and meticulously maintained and the villa feels like home immediately. The host has done an incredible job of making everything super simple and more than accommodating. We were able to visit the entire island on various day trips with zero difficulties and spent several days just hanging out at the local beach a short walk away. I can highly recommend this property and this host without reservation.
