This condo is amazing and had everything we needed for a family of 6 - ages 17-81. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the patio and amazing ocean views every day and the sunsets too. The condo was very clean and one of the most well stocked we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need too. Lots of beach towels and chairs for our beach days. When we return to the Big Island we will stay here again. Having access to the Ocean Club was an added bonus. The restaurant is very good and friendly staff.
The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Not only was the kitchen well appointed, but there were beach chairs, snorkel equipment and even coolers for us to bring cold drinks to pool/beach. We would love to do another family vacation trip and stay there!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The view is spectacular - easily one of the best in Hali'i Kai. The furnishings are very comfortable. The owner is very responsive. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits to the Big Island. Mahalo!
Could not have been better. We had a group of 7. We are all retired. The place was perfect. Great views of the ocean and golf course from our porch. Beaches near by. We had snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers all provided. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed.

Great comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Big Island. Well appointed for cooking cozy furniture great water pressure. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Best of all were the sunsets on The lanai. Stunning. We saw whales blowing and and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Can’t recommend this more highly. Loved the Weber grill. Just what was needed to get ready for the new year. Again, stunning.
Condo was perfect! Comfortable, clean, lots of "toys" for the beach. Every night was a perfect sunset view. Finally, many thoughtful touches to make stay easier.
My family of 6 spent a week here to celebrate our youngest’s graduation. Hali’i Kai was such a beautiful, lush property and the condo was more impressive than the pictures. It was quiet, included easy walking to pool, putting green and basketball court as well as a short drive to shops. Communication was top notch and the property was very well stocked. We are already talking about staying here when we come back.
The location is wonderful with great views of the ocean, where you can regularly see whales, either from the condo or from the pool and gym area. The condo was immaculate and extraordinarily well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was excellent in responding to any questions or needs.
Another wonderful stay at Hali’i Kai. Building 8 is placed perfectly to enjoy the views.
This is an excellent property on the Big Island. The condo is in a beautiful, quiet community and offers everything needed for a great visit to the sunny north Kona coast. There are tennis courts, pool, fitness center, and a restaurant in this gated community. The condo is well equipped to prepare your own meals if you choose, and has every appliance, including a gas grill, that you’ll need. The property offers everything we needed to enjoy the island including bicycles, snorkeling gear, tennis equipment, and beach chairs/umbrellas. We had a great visit and the condo/community was perfect for our family vacation. There’s no better way to start the day than by watching whales from the lanai with morning coffee!
