Welcome to our 4 bedroom Serenity Villa at KaMilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii
Big Island is such a wonderful place to spend with your friends and family, children and grandchildren. Vacations create such wonderful memories; our hope is this trip will be one of your fondest family memories and that you'll return year after year.
This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with two Master Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom with two TwinXL beds that can be combined as king with gel topper.
An additional Rollaway can be brought for an 11th person (best suited for a child)
NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes for 2024 / 2025. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.
This is in addition to FREE access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club.
The home also includes a new Ping pong table and comfy hammock.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals! The comfortable living room and coffee table is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 65' LED TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 teenagers thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house! We loved that there were 3 king sized beds for the adults. Nice that all 3 downstairs bedrooms had access through sliders to the yard. The kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect location for us. We'd love to stay in this house again.

We had 2 houses. This one was for the ‘kids’ - cousins all over 25. The location was great. We rented 2 golf carts for each home so the 12 of us had a lot of flexibility to get to the beach and the Mauna Lani hotel and neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked in one evening.

The property was perfect for us! Plenty of room and amenities. The garage was filled with everything we needed - chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards and bikes.

Property could have been cleaner when we arrived. Top shelf of dishwasher is broken, master toilet runs, lamp on bed stand in master doesn’t work, need more silverware, outdoor grill heating uneven, shampoo dispenser upstairs was either empty or broken. THOSE WERE JUST HELPFUL HINTS TO GET REPAIRED.
OTHERWISE , we loved it. Great location, Floorplan, privacy, we loved all the beach towels and toys etc in Garage. We would come back. Thanks

Check in was super smooth and easy, we also rented a golf cart for local drives - which was perfect for getting around the Mauna Lani properties. The garage fit one car / golf cart and the driveway fit another. However, there was plenty of visitor parking nearby for the other cars (we had 4 couples). To get to the front door, there were about 6 steps and then once inside, the first floor had the common areas and one master bath. The bottom floor had another master and two other bedrooms with one bath. It was a great setup for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill extensively. All in all, a great rental and we will be back to Hawaii and will happily rent again from Jeff & Suzanne!

Clean, fairly large duplex. Parking is extremely tight if more than one vehicle. Is very close to pools and exercise place. However, we were under the impression that the beach "club" was walkable (or bikes) from this place, but it isn't really. You could bike to the beach, but it would be much effort on busy, hot roads. Lots of natural ocean areas to drive to fairly close by. The nearby petroglyphs were also interesting.

We had 6 adults an 3 children, the space worked out well for everyone. Everyone had comfortable beds and space to relax after fun filled days at some of the most beautiful beaches.
The place could use a deep clean and freshening up.
Great beach gear and the kids loved the pool!
