This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Master Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.
The 4th bedroom with (2) twin XL mattresses that can be joined to make a King with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The large unbelievably comfortable couch in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie UltraHD 4K TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. This beautiful home offered our family of 8 the space each person needed as well as the beautiful common space for our whole group, both inside the home and on the lanai. With its beautiful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets each night we couldn't have been happier with this home. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to prepare meals at home. The barbecue was so nice to cook the fresh fish that we had bought. If you have a large group or family, this is the home for you.

This property exceeded our expectations! Our group was 3 couples and 2 teenagers. The bedroom set up was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was all high quality. Basic spices and oils were available. Communication was excellent and the Island Guide they provided was super helpful. The pools are about a 5min walk and there were plenty of chairs available. All beach amenities were available in the garage and it was a short drive to the beach club. The Mauna Lani area is very quiet- which I loved! It’s about a 30min drive to Kona for any major activities (we did a Zodiac tour for snorkeling and rented e-bikes). We would stay here again- thanks for a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I plus our 3 adult children and their spouses enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and fans provided circulation. The thermostat is locked at 72 degrees. If you want it cooler there is an AC surcharge. The property is within driving distance of the Mauna Lani Beach Club where we enjoyed a white sandy beach and snorkeling. The home had a garage full of everything you need for a day at the beach including coolers, chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. We also enjoyed riding their bikes and working out at the small workout facility (less than 5 minute walk) adjacent to the two well maintained pools. Highly recommend!

This was a great location to get around the island. Granted, it's a big island, but it's near a grocery store, great beaches and anything else you could want. And the access to the rest of the island is easy. The house itself was great and came with all the amenities a family needs to enjoy their stay in Hawaii.

We could go HIGHER than five stars if we could. We enjoyed Island View Villa at Kamilo. As vacation home rental property owners ourselves, we appreciate a property that is clean, full of features and beautiful interior design.
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need if you want to enjoy a meal at the home. The outdoor lanai with built in grill is a lovely area to enjoy the fresh air in Hawaii. And a nice view of the ocean and the island of Maui. Large screen HDTV ( Ultra 4K ) televisions set up with cable, Apple TV and Netflix. A binder about the home also includes a wide variety of things to do in the area and recommendations of places to eat. Electronic lock is a real convenience. No picking up and dropping off keys.
We enjoyed the sunsets at Lava Lava Beach Club a short drive away.
The included pass for the Beach Club with private beach and dining area is yet another big plus. And the garage is filled with bicycles, snorkel gear, tennis equipment, sandcastle building supplies and more. All of it is in perfect shape and well maintained.
