Come stay and play in South Kihei. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 2nd floor of the Shores of Maui. Shores of Maui is a 2 floor, 50 unit complex, located across the street from Cove Park Surfing Beach. Our unit, 202, is at the top of the stairs, there is no elevator in the complex.
Shopping, dining and grocery are just 2 blocks away. If you want to learn to surf, stand up paddle, or kayak, rentals are just around the corner, across the street from the best beach on the island to learn watersports. For excursions, the Kihei boat ramp is a short drive, as are Championship Golf courses and Spas.
Watch the sun rise over Haleakala, and the sun set on the Pacific. A full view of Molokini and Cove Park Surfing beach.
You are steps from the Cove beach. If you want more sand, amenities and a lifeguard stand, Kamaole 1 is just a few blocks away.
If you prefer a day with no sand, enjoy the Solar Heated pool with attached hot tub. Plasticware is provided if you choose to use the shared gas grills and sit in the covered picnic area.
There are also tennis courts directly adjoined to the pool area.
Check in time is 3pm, check out at 11am.
Two bedroom, two bath. Full kitchen, dining/living area and lanai. Each bedroom has two queen beds, quite comfortable for two couples, or a group of friends enjoying all Maui has to offer. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, another in the living area. Cable and wifi throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware that you'll need to prepare your perfect meal.
Owner managed, this condo offers you a fabulous view of both the ocean, across the street, and Haleakala behind you. Enjoy the sunrise, and the sunset!
Perfect for a family vacation, a place to relax and reflect or a gathering of friends. Rates are based on 6 guests; add $20.00 per night, per additional guest. The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons – 6 adults.

This place is fantastic! There was plenty of space, air conditioning, well equipped in the kitchen and with beach towels and chairs. The beds were comfortable and best of all was the view from the deck and bedroom! Great price for this amazing place!

Very easy booking procedures, prompt replies from owner and manager. We used the wrong door code when checking in and the manager showed up 5mns later at 8:00pm to help us in. Everything was neat and well organized in the condo. We got enough space for our family of five adults. The only issue happened with the wifi not working for one day. The manager helped us immediately and the next day, the Spectrum technician spent one hour to fix the problem. Restaurants and stores are nearby. The beach is across the street. The surf store is a few feet away. We will definitely come back.

Overall amazing place and location with lots of amenities that really added to our trip experience. The 500 dollar cleaning fee did seem a bit excessive but other than that it was perfect!

We have stayed at this property before & the owner and property manager are wonderful. The condo is fully stocked and a nice welcome basket with local goods was a warming touch. The location is very central to everything and the ocean view is to die for. The only complaint is a few of the surrounding occupants in the building (other renters or owners - not sure) seemed to have an issue with children in the pool, playing too loudly or splashing.

The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The view was amazing and so many things in walking distance. Karyn and Jeanette were great. A couple of issues that were promptly resolved. I highly recommend this little peace of paradise.

We stayed for a 5 day trip and loved this property!! It was a short walking distance to many local stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a beach right across the street as many others have suggested.
The condo itself was really clean, instructions left were easy to follow and the kitchen had all that you would need to cook your own meals in house if desired.

Great location with everything you need. Dishes, towels, etc. The only complaint is that the pool closed for maintenance for 2 days and no one told us until the day it happened. We received a small refund which we appreciated.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, pretty spacious for the four of us who stayed. Loved the condo property I. E. Pool, tennis etc.. the grounds were immaculate! The unit was equipped with beach chairs, towels etc.. which was very nice and saved us from having to buy them. Close to restaurants and grocery store, with in walking distance. Would recommend this property.
