First off the property manager did not send out check in instructions. I had to email the day we left for that information. Messaged in the morning and by the time we got to Hawaii 14 hours later we still did not have check in information. I called and texted the property manager 17x and nothing. We had to contact Vrbo directly. They were finally able to get us in contact with the manager. You are required to park inside the garage. A full size suv will not fit in the garage. Hotel soap bars and no shampoo provided. Hair on the pillows and the place had lots of stains in the carpet. I’ve stayed at lots of Vrbo properties and this is most poorly managed property I have ever experienced. Renters be aware. Find another property manager.
Very clean and spacious unit. Just as described in the listing. It has everything you need for a Hawaiian/beach vacation.
This property is large and very nice. Overlooks views of golf course. Pool across the street is wonderful, and Mauna Lani beach is easy to get to. The property is well equipped and everything about our stay was comfortable.
Had a great stay! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Massive bathrooms and closets. And a fully equipped kitchen. Would be perfect for 2 couples or a few friends. The location was great, very peaceful on the lanais overlooking the golf course and conveniently located to everything in the area.
We had such a nice time. The home was beautiful and very well stocked. It was such a comfortable oasis to return to after exploring the area every day. Wendee always responded very quickly and sweetly to any email I sent to her. We would definitely stay here again, if it was available. I could understand that it might not be, because of high demand. It is that nice of a place!

The layout worked really well for us and the décor was really nice. The location was great with the pools right across the street. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend replacing the kitchen sink faucet as it does not move.

This is a beautiful property - there is no mistaking that. Perfect for one couple or two - as it has 2 bedroom suites. That is where our satisfaction ended. Being in a condo community there are a lot of "rules", with the most irritting not being allowed to let your car sit out in front of the garage - it either has to be driven into the garage, which, btw, is painfully small (a mid-SUV won't fit through the single door frame) or parked in unassigned parking stalls which are not exactly convenient to where your condo is. Once inside, we found the TV's difficult to operate, as the instructions in the "rule" book (50+ pages) did not work, the upstairs jacuzzi tub was not operational, not sure about downstairs as I never tried it. We had contacted the property manager, Wendee, when we first arrived, as we were unable to identify the condo numbers from the road and then again to report the broken jetted tub. She responded. When we contacted her a third time for help with the TV, she stopped responding to us. I guess she was annoyed with us by then. Lastly, what I find especially irksome, and this is becoming a trend with many VRBO properties, is what we are "required" to do upon departure. We are two people who don't "mess up" things, however, in this case, we were required to load and start the dishwasher, start a load of laundry, and take out the garbage. Exactly what am I paying a hefty cleaning fee for? This is one time, I was truly disappointed with our entire stay.

We had a great stay! House was perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Kitchen was will stocked. Wendee was prompt to answer questions and take care of a request. We would definitely stay here again.

Kulalani is a beautiful condo complex with stunning architecture, a wonderful pool/gym and access to the wonderful Mauna Lani private beach. This condo which features two primary suites with spa bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, is well equipped with beach equipment, cooking supplies, etc. All you need for a great stay.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay during a business trip. Wendee was amazing, as always.
We had an amazing stay in unit 501 at Kulalani. The property was exactly as described. Clean, well appointed, and the perfect location. Beach Club access is always a benefit of staying at Mauna Lani. The size of the unit and layout was perfect for two couples. We reached out to Wendee a few times with questions or requests and her response was immediate and spot on. Highly recommend this unit to others and would love to stay again!

Listing as described in quiet, well- kept neighborhood. Great amenities with pool and beach access that is great for snorkeling. Close to grocery, restaurants and coffee or smoothie shops. Double master suites great for couples traveling together. Unit lovely with beautiful view of golf course. Areas to walk/jog. Owner responsive and efficient with check in and other communication.
This place was perfect for our honeymoon, but easily would accommodate more people comfortably as there are two equally spacoius bedrooms with walk in closets, full tubs/showers, double sinks and private patios. The unit also had everything you need to enjoy the island including beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers/ beach towels etc. There is a very nice grocery store right outside the neighborhood as well so we really felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!
My wife and I stayed here this past summer for 2 weeks. We love the location and how well stocked the place was. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Loved the condo. Everything was clean. The neighbors were quiet. Great kitchen, huge bathrooms, multiple lanais, large garage with beach toys, and washer and dryer. Nicely situated in a lushly landscaped area of Mauna Lani.
This unit was wonderful- beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, close to everything! Love the access to the Beach Club and the community pool area is very nice. Wendee was great to work with. We would stay here again and hope to next spring.
Everything was as listed only better. First class all the way. The beds were very comfortable and it has two beautiful masters which is perfect for two couples. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the upstairs lanai. Bonus was that the pools were right across the street

Kulalani 501 was as described. We had an awesome time staying at this amazing property. Wendee was very accessible and responded back to any text we had in a timely manner. The location is centrally located between the Fairmont and The Mauna Lani resort. Close to Tommy’s and the grocery store too. Until next time.
