This is in a great location however although emailed about the air conditioning not working a few weeks prior to our trip, this made for uncomfortable nights despite having Windows open and winds blowing. The blinds in the property were tired and some were broken. The pool area was lovely and well maintained. The beach view was excellent. The sink plug wasn't connected to the lever above the counter top requiring scrambling at the back of the cabinet beneath the sink to drain the water. The kitchen was well equiped and the prevision of beach chairs and noodles were appreciated.
The condo was very beautiful and perfectly located near the airport. Pam was super helpful with responding to my emails about different activities to do in Maui. There was everything in that condo that you will ever need. Very well organized kitchen and lots of things stored in the bedroom closets that we could use for our 10 days stay. Overall a great stay at Pam’s condo. Traffic is the only downside of this location when you want to go towards west side of the island. Grocery stores are 15 min away so renting a car is a must.
Property has a nice view of the water and we enjoyed watching turtles swimming below. The small park down the beach is a quiet place for a swim and it is great being so close to the Ocean Center and shops.

This Condo was wonderful, the interior was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was top notch and the beds so comfortable. The Lanai was perfect for sitting out on, watching the whales, turtles and the boats going in and out of the harbor. We kept the windows and slider open and never had to use the AC, which I loved. The complex is quiet, beautifully maintained and in such a great location. Pam was wonderful to deal with and so accommodating. I'm already thinking about next year!
Not far from airport (hear & see planes land) and walking distance from one of the best aquariums we have ever visited. Right on the ocean (will get used to the pounding waves). Could see whales spouting & breaching right from the lanai. A pair of binoculars would have been an added bonus. End unit and end of a dead end road so quiet. 2 1/2 mile walking beach right next door. Very nice solar heated pool.
Even though the beach has washed away eight outside the unit, it’s a quick walk to it and can’t beat the ocean views. Whales, turtles, it has it all!
Overall the condo was good. There is only one AC in the main hall. It wont keep up if outside temp is high. It was breezy while we stayed and it was not a problem.
The property was exactly as described. It is within 5 minutes walking to a beach. Turtles and whales (during whale season) can be seen from the balcony. Location is within walking distance to downtown area where we boarded a sunset cruise, whale watching, and snorkel tour. Owner is very prompt in responding to questions, suggestions, etc. Overall, we had a lovely time during our family vacation.
When we first walked in we felt calm and relaxed as we toured the condo. The kitchen and bedrooms met all of our needs.
The condo offers a perfect view each morning of the sunrise. The harbor is only a few blocks away to go on boat tours of the islands. We swam everyday while there. Loved the whole experience and hope to be back next year!
Pam’s condo is really well set up for either two couples or families. Condo, pool, barbecue and beach all well kept, clean and uncrowded. Probably best for those looking for quiet and calm - no nightlife whatsoever, a tiny market, gas station, couple of restaurants and the marina are walkable. The beach is calm and long with good reef and turtle action. Sunrise from the bed in the master bedroom every morning. Waves crashing to put one to sleep, Balcony and panoramic views are top notch. Super well stocked with towels, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and a full on chef’s kitchen with every kind of gadget.
Hosts were very responsive. Good value for the price. Definitely grocery shop on the way in. Easy 20-30 minute drives to golf, nightlife and other beautiful adventures/points of interest. Very chill~

We had a family reunion with five different units ..they all were amazing ! Love the beautiful peaceful atmosphere. Great trip!
We stayed for 5 nights in Jul ‘24 and we enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and tastefully decorated, has fantastic views , community is quiet and best of all the location is central to save travel time. The snorkeling tours start nearby and we just walked there instead of struggling to find parking. The kitchen is loaded with appliances which was very convenient for us since we did cook quite a bit, the coolers were convenient to carry cold food and drinks for the day. Only one suggestion I have is to place a shoe rack near entry to avoid bringing dirt inside And probably something to clean the floor if dirt does come in. I would recommend this condo.to anyone planning to visit the area.
The property manager Pam was easy to communicate with and responded very promptly. It was amazing listening to the ocean waves waking up and going to bed. It was a natural sound machine. The condo was clean and as expected from the listing. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath was a must have traveling with teenagers. The master bedroom was spacious with a king bed. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. (I’m very picky about mattresses as I have a bad back. I didn’t have any issues). The water pressure in the shower was amazing for all the long hair ladies. The kitchen had all the essentials. We were hoping for a crock pot, but there was not one. Our only 2 issues was that there was not a pantry, so we had to keep out dry food on the counter. We didn’t have much since we were always out and about, but would have if we really stocked up and cooked multiple meals daily. The other issues was the A/C didn’t work. We are from south GA, so it was alittle uncomfortable sleeping at night. We had the windows open and had fans, but still was close to 78-79 degrees at night. Pam as very responsive and helped to rectify the situation quickly. Overall, great location and view. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.
The property was perfect. A quiet neighborhood a great view of the ocean. A beach to swim and snorkel at just a couple blocks away. What a great week.
Overall very nice property. Great location and well appointed property and very comfortable. One improvement that could be made is to update the AC system. If we did not have good trade winds the rooms would have been very hot. Overall very nice property and would recommend it.
Great location, very comfortable well-furnished condo, nice small uncrowded beach a minute's walk away, well-kept grounds with nice pool and great lighted grills for easy meals on the lanai...walking distance to Maalaea harbor where Molokini snorkel trips, fishing charters and Lanai Ferry originate and close enough to Maui Swap Meet (Saturday 7-1) and Costco for good shopping values, food trucks and fresh produce to call it convenient. Walk to Tante's and Seascape for good Happy Hours. Host and Property Manager provided all needed upfront to make stay enjoyable.

This Property is in a great location and amazing views right on the ocean. we watched sea turtles from the balcony that over looks the ocean. Kitchen is updated and the breeze through the condo every evening from Maui trade winds was perfect. The listing pictures didn't do this condo justice. Some beach items for use made trips to the beach easy. This is an end unit so both bedrooms have nice big side windows.
The condo was very nice. It overlooked the ocean/bay and had only a short walk- 1-2 blocks - to a beach. Parking was easy and next to the unit. We used the steps except when first unloading - used the elevator which is across the building. Owner was friendly and provided some helpful tips on where to go (thank you!).
The condo had a very comfortable king bed, and little things like spices and some storage baggies which helped a lot, plus all the dishes and pans you could need. The only "complaint" was the humidity in the unit. We had to run a fan in the bathroom to make it even slightly bearable. The air conditioner was only slightly effective when running and was on a timer so shut off after an hour. Opening the doors helped very little. Luckily there are several ceiling fans which ran on full the entire time. Opening the bedroom windows helped at night. The surf was very loud but that helped me sleep. There is a nice balcony overlooking the bay where we sat to have our morning tea. We saw rainbows across the bay. Very beautiful. I think the May was just a very humid time to be there. Really enjoyed our stay.
This property is in a fantastic location with a great view off the balcony. Well located with restaurants and bars in walking distance as well as beaches that allow for swimming or sunbathing. Host was great at communicating prior to arrival with all info needed.
This condo was perfectly stocked, located in a quiet casual area, and was everything we needed for our vacation. Mahalo!
We love this condo. This is our second stay at this particular condo. We have stayed at many places in this area of Maui because it is easy to get to all locations. The condo is fully stocked to make your own meals, beach towels, beach chairs etc. The Lanai is wonderful to observe whales in season and turtles galore. The beds are very comfortable. It has two large tvs for evening down time. This corner condo has a lovely cross through breeze that keeps the condo cool. Last but not least is the great communications with Pam. Wonderful hosts! Thanks again for such a memorable stay!
My husband and I (mid 40’s) and my parents (70’s) stayed here for 6 days at the beginning of February and it was amazing. We really appreciated the elevator access for my parents in the middle of the building, and the walk to the very pleasant beach at the end of the street is quite quick and pleasant! Easy parking at the condo, too.
We watched turtles and whales right off the balcony - and walking to the whale watching boats down in the marina was easy (about a 10-15 min walk if it was just my husband and I but for slower walkers more like 20-25 min?). Truly a very special trip.
Was very glad to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The view was great - we could see whales most anytime we looked out from the lanai!
We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
The condo is situated in the perfect quiet location with easy access to the entire island. The condo has amazing views of the ocean, we spent a lot of time watching the whales from the lanai. The condo was really clean and well equipped.
