This place had it all. Pool by the ocean, private places to lounge and even a liquor store at the street. The room had everything too. Coolers beach chairs (the good ones) and the kitchen was well equipped. The lanai had a sofa and a place it eat. The pictures should be updated because this place is way nicer in person.
Great stay at Christy's condo! This is a very nice complex- grounds are beautifully kept and the ocean front pool and beach area are so nice, especially for sunset viewing. Sweet lanai view as well and appreciated being on the 3rd floor and away from the pools. Very quiet, we slept well on comfy bed! Everything we needed for cooking at home, good central location for base camp for Kona adventures. Appreciated having cooler bag and beach umbrella to use during our stay! We would easily stay here again if available. Recommend highly!
The building is older but very well maintained. The apartment was vey clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Close enough to town and other amenities. The 2 pools were great.we enjoyed having a beach umbrella and chairs available.
I had a wonderful stay. This unit upstairs allowed for a morning on the lanai where the sun would rise behind and shine in the ocean in front. Just a quick walk to the front on the condo to the ocean front, salt water pool. Becasue of the unit location it does look over the open air “lobby” Unit was comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus! Love the Casa and this unit was wonderful.
Loved this condo complex. The unit itself was better than the photos provided.Very spacious for my family of 4. The bathroom was huge. Had tons of towels and pool towels. Plenty of sheets and blankets. Bed was very comfortable but a bit on the small side with luggage. Pull-out couch was comfortable for my kids. TV was a little confusing but we managed. (we didn't need it but my kids did) Large lanai to relax on with a side view of the ocean. Beach chairs and a cooler was provided. Nice to have filtered water from the sink. Kitchen had everything you needed. The garden pool was closed for maintenance but the ocean pool was the one you wanted to swim in anyways! Complex had BBQs but they were very busy at night. Location was nice, a bit farther south from the main area but we didn't mind, do not really like the cruise ship port feel anyways. Would definitely book again.
Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was set up with everything we needed, including lots of extras. The complex was beautiful and quiet. We loved the oceanfront saltwater pool and private beach. The location on the island was perfect for us, close to Costco and other amenities, in addition to allowing us to take a few separate day trips to the northern part of the island, southern part/Volcanoes National Park, and the eastern side/Hilo for more exploring.
Unit was very clean and well appointed: great bed, large bathroom, all the kitchen amenities as well as great pots and pans. The host also provided great beach chairs and beach towels! The air conditioner was very efficient, as were the washer and dyer and dishwasher. We loved the grounds and especially the sea pool, the 'beach' and BBQ's and eating area. The grounds were beautiful. We were there for the month of January and would definitely stay here again, with hesitation.
It was a well equipped condo. It had everything you need for beach days. It was clean. The pools were enjoyable. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it as well
The reason we chose this unit was for the washer and dryer so we could pack less! We never got the dryer to work, the garbage disposal didn’t work, and mildew around the bottom of shower floor! The construction under our unit was a little annoying but other than that it was nice.
We enjoyed being close to the water. The high surf for most of our stay made the ocean beautiful to look at. Nice sunsets!
The condo is well appointed and Christy was quick to respond to our queries. It's nice to have an end unit where no one walks past your bedroom.

This condo is a corner unit, as such it is a bit bigger and also has a huge balcony because it extends around entire place. We hanged out on the balcony all the time, there is no sun till the late afternoon so we could have morning coffees, breakfast and even used it for morning yoga. Even though it is the last unit from the waer, the view of the ocean from the balcony is very good. At the same time it is more quiet, and also lobby is right next to it. Lobby has chairs, couches, library and also a spare bathroom (which was helpful as one bathroom for 4 people can be a challenge sometimes!)
The resort is heavenly, we loved the salt water pool and a private beach. The location is convenient 5 min drive to Kona but quiet and away from busy areas. There is a free Hele bus stop right in front of the complex which was useful because we didn't rent the car for the first two days we were there. The bus runs every hour and makes a lot of stops in the center so you can get anywhere. If you ride in the opposite direction, you can also get to a Magic Sands beach, which is small sandy swimmable beach.
Communication with the host was good and all our questions answered quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay here again next time!

This place was great, we had such an enjoyable and relaxing time at the condo when not adventuring around the island. The location is fantastic for all Kona side adventures, close enough to downtown Kona but away enough that it is quiet. The complex grounds are lovely and we enjoyed strolling around. The central AC was heavenly. All the appliances were in good working order. Check in and out was a breeze, and the instructions were easy to follow. The bed was extremely comfortable, and enjoyed the view from the window. The lanai is very spacious and offered a nice place to sit and relax outside to enjoy the beautiful grounds, and ocean view. The elevator was also very conveniently located, and that was a blessing since the condo is on the top floor (we have made the mistake before of staying at a top floor rental that did not have an elevator, no one likes to haul luggage up or down multiple flights of stairs, especially in Hawaii). Parking is fairly easy, there are a number of spots within the gated area of the complex and plenty of parking available on the outside of the gate the few times I was out later in the evening when gated parking filled up. I highly recommend this rental. We never needed to contact the property manager since everything was great. Next trip to Hawaii island I will be checking the availability of this rental cause it is definitely one of the best! Mahalo!!!

The unit was great with a comfortable bed and the view off of the lanai is awesome as are the sunsets. It has everything needed for a super vacation.

The condo had everything we needed and then some. The lanai was great for a little entertaining as well. The property was fantastic! Cleaning crew stays busy every day making the property look really nice and clean. The common areas of the property were a big plus. Covered gathering area, two pools, private mini beach to watch the ocean and sunsets! The property was amazing!
