This gorgeous upgraded unit including all new paint and tile has beautiful wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom with granite counters in both. The appliances are new stainless steel and the shower has a glass block wall . Ceiling fans , flat screen TV's , are in the bedroom and living room. Located in the unit is a BRAND NEW washer/dryer. Brand new beds and living furniture. Have not been over to take new pictures!This property has 2 swimming pools and BBQ areas as well as a tennis court for your use. Across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, this condominium complex is 1 mile from Wailea Golf Club's Blue Course, 2 miles from the shops at Wailea, and 10 miles from the Maui Ocean Center. Location is great. Updated, well appointed kitchen. Some tired areas needing updating (screen door, shower curtain and sadly no AC as advertised). Host accommodated last minute late check out request which was nice. Overall nice condo in a great location.

The property is across the street from the beach which is great. Access to a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. Condo is great but needs more cleaning between occupancy. Office Manager was not aware of my reservation because it’s wasn’t communicated to them by the Owner. However, everything worked out during my stay.

We stayed in apartment for a week during 4 july. Apartment was very clean and remodeled just as described. Sofa bed was useful. Kitchen has plenty of utensils including slow cooker, grinder and lot of crockery. complex had clean amenities including swimming pool and yard full of beautiful trees. Very well managed and safe with office on premise. Location right across the road from beach. Shower head had too much pressure that was hurting my 9 year old so he took shower in pool bathroom else I would have given 5 stars.

This trip was to celebrate a couple of life milestones. A 50 and our 25 wedding anniversary, both in 2020. And Maui didn’t disappoint.
The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything you need with or without a car. The bed was fantastic.
The unit could use some items to make the stays perfect like a small cooler to use and based on the location 1 boogie board or some floaties to use at the water. But those were not show stoppers. The owner should consider a new cleaning company as the unit was ok clean and the front screen door needs some repair, which we used a lot to get a breeze in the unit. The Air conditioner was not very helpful and only cooled the main area and not the bedroom which was where we needed it the most.
It took the owner a few days to respond to our missing items like a hair dryer, dish towels, and a broken beach chair and umbrella but those were all eventually replaced with minimal inconvenience.
The blender was cheap and didn’t make great blended drinks but that was a minor item. For the price paid we did expect to have better quality kitchen items not garage sale hand me downs so that was disappointing.
After speaking to others this place was a bit pricey compared to others in the building and area, but if they fixed up the SMALL issues it would be great.
Overalll rating of 7.5 out of 10.

This unit has no beach view. It’s a block back and behind 2 other buildings.
Parking is very tight and the space for this unit is over 100 yards away

The unit has had a renovation but that was 10 years ago.Both screen doors falling apart most pots an pan need replaced and utensils.Barbecue
Flippers are plastic.The bed was comfortable.This unit needs a thorough cleaning .The unit manager was helpful
