We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was in a fantastic location. We had all of the amenities we ever needed! The new bathrooms and carpet were very comfortable. I will be fixing my bathroom to look like this one at my own home. We did learn that you’re not supposed to hang your towels over the side of the balcony, but we learned our lesson. We went swimming in the pool and walked down to Shipwrecks Beach several times to see the sunsets and sunrises. We will be coming back!
This property is everything it says and more. Great location and ocean views. The condo is well maintained and furnished with everything you need and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone staying in the Poipu area

Being able to have an ocean view and watch the sunrise every morning from the lanai - magestic. Lovely facilities, and wonderful location for watching turtles, whales breeching, walking the many trails and spending time on the beaches. Ready to go back.
The condo was excellent. It was exactly what the pictures showed but with the updated kitchen and bathrooms was even better. The property was right beside the Grand Hyatt (amazing property) and easily walk able to brenneke beach (one of our favorite). As the condo is located in the Poipu Kai resort complex area you can also use the community pool and hot tub with the key fob as Poipu sands does not have a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this condo.
Wow, I miss my morning wake ups and watching the surf from the large balcony. We had other family members staying at the Grand Hyatt which is right next door and a short walk down a beach side path. It's shorter to walk that than drive. Scott, the property manager was very communicative and gave us all the info we needed. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beds and furniture we all in great shape. The photos are accurate. Note, there is no AC, but there are plenty of ceiling fans so it's fine. Our stay was December 16th to the 20th. Used community BBQ's every night, the property maintenance team comes through and gives it a thorough cleaning every night. Overall great place, I would highly recommend the unit to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house, good location, good view.
Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of construction going on. Redoing the roof and gutters on the building that was right next to us. The construction work with very loud and right out our window was the dumpster. What a bummer Challenged to get to the pool at this time because of all the equipment.
I’d go back there and stay again when there wasn’t construction. I just wish that we were informed about the construction going on. We would’ve picked a different location. I feel that we were ripped off.
The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to beaches. Beautiful condo with all of the necessities for cooking, beaches, etc. We will be back!!
Five stars for cleanliness! Spotless place, great touches like dish soap, paper towels and hand soap pumps! Great view, good location. We really enjoyed our stay.
What we loved -
The location was great with easy drives to wherever we decided to go for the day. The condo was spacious and had an inviting living area and patio. The bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture and amenities were updated and beautiful and we appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use. The pool area was nice and the walk to the beach at the Hyatt was easy. Listening to the waves at night was relaxing.
What we didn’t love -
The kitchen cleanliness was an issue. We had to rewash all of the dishes and utensils that we needed to use. The dishwasher needs an upgrade or good cleaning, and the kitchen sink had a musty smell.
The washing machine was completely unclean and wouldn’t consider using it.
We were worried about no air conditioning but the fans work very well.

We had a fantastic stay! There have been renovations since the photos were taken, including the kitchen and bathrooms, so it was even better than expected! Clean, spacious, comfortable furniture, nicely decorated. We loved the location, as it was a very quick walk to Shipwreck Beach and 10-15 minutes to Poipu Beach. It had everything we needed, the host was excellent to communicate with, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Poipu!

This property worked out well for the four of us. There was plenty of room in the condo and the views from the large balcony was wonderful. It was an easy walk to Shipwreck Beach. There were paths to walk along the coast as well as easy acess to walk the Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The pool at the condo association was large and had many chairs around it to relax in. We enjoyed all that the condo and its grounds had to offer.
We really enjoyed our week here. Location was great, condo was excellent—nicely furnished and decorated, very comfortable with great views of the ocean and particularly the sunrises. Definitely recommend and we plan to stay here again!

We booked before the renovation but got to enjoy the completed re-do. It is gorgeous and so nicely done! Our fifth stay at Poipu Sands because the location is the best. Had everything we needed and had a quick reply and fix to a minor problem. Hope to be back to stay here again!

We stayed at the end of July and the temperature was very comfortable with the windows and doors open and the fans going. Would stay again!
Location is ideal, great view of ocean, quick walk to a really nice pool and grill area with multiple weber 4 burner grills. Also a quick (20 walk to public beaches and (10 minutes) to beaches infront of the Hyatt. Host was super attentive, fixing a minor issue same day.
Layout of place was great with king and two twin beds , Both with en-suite bathrooms that where spacious. Kitchen had everything we wanted included coffee maker and toaster . Highly recommend for those seeking a great location and everything needed for a great stay.
