Absolutely one of the BEST VIEWS, in Poipu Sands, from this second floor OCEAN VIEW condo. Poipu Sands is a low density condo development, featuring wide open green lawns leading down to the ocean. This unit has the largest double lanai of any condo in the complex. The spacious lanai has all new furnishings, including chaises and a dining table. Parking is right in front of the unit, and there are walkways connecting Poipu Sands to the Grand Hyatt, and Shipwreck Beach. There are also trails, along the ocean, where you can watch turtles play in the surf, and whales pass by during the winter months.

Inside the unit you will fine all updated furnishings, linens, and carpeting. The "refresh" was completed by an interior designer on Kauai, and features soothing ocean colors.
There is a king bed in ocean view master bedroom, and the guest room has twin beds, that can be made into a King bed upon request. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bath to insure privacy for you, and your traveling companions. There is also a washer and dryer contained within the unit, making it possible to pack light for your trip.

There is free high speed wireless internet, and cable TV. There are TV's in the living room, and the master bedroom.

A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. There is a table for indoor dining, as well as one on the lanai, where you can enjoy an ocean view.

The recently completed pool renovation has only made the best pool on the island, even more spectacular! It has an ocean view, as well as several gas grills to prepare an outdoor BBQ. There are even tables poolside, if that is your preference.

A short walk over to the Grand Hyatt provides you with the opportunity to enjoy some of the fine dining options located there, as well as entertainment nightly on the lanai, overlooking the grounds and ocean beyond. Why pay to stay there in a single room, when you can enjoy your own private 2 bedroom condo next door, at half the price?

The location is ideal, being only minutes from some of Poipu's finest beaches. Poipu is also the culinary center of the island, and you will find many options to satisfy almost any taste. There is a gourmet Farmer's Market on Wednesday afternoons, that is an event not to be missed. There is also a Friday night musical series at the Kukui'ula Shoppes ...

We booked before the renovation but got to enjoy the completed re-do. It is gorgeous and so nicely done! Our fifth stay at Poipu Sands because the location is the best. Had everything we needed and had a quick reply and fix to a minor problem. Hope to be back to stay here again!

Stayed here for our niece's wedding on Naval base, was perfect location for sightseeing whole island. Was able to enjoy beautiful sunrise over Shipwreck Beach and the Heritage trail coast line. Close to shopping, enjoyed Turtles on Poipu Beach. Place was everything we needed and very nicely decorated. Felt at home.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. It has a large balcony with a sea and pool view. We loved watching the sun rise with our morning coffee. The furniture and decor are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler. We even found hair straighteners and curling irons!! Poipu and Shipwreck beach are within easy walking distance. The pool area was spotlessly clean and never crowded. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever make it back to this magical island.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The place was big and clean. Fully stocked with all the beach toys we needed. The lanai was amazing with a fantastic view. We stayed at the end of July and the temperature was very comfortable with the windows and doors open and the fans going. Would stay again!

Location is ideal, great view of ocean, quick walk to a really nice pool and grill area with multiple weber 4 burner grills. Also a quick (20 walk to public beaches and (10 minutes) to beaches infront of the Hyatt. Host was super attentive, fixing a minor issue same day. Layout of place was great with king and two twin beds , Both with en-suite bathrooms that where spacious. Kitchen had everything we wanted included coffee maker and toaster . Highly recommend for those seeking a great location and everything needed for a great stay.
