The house was perfect. We had a group of nine of us came there and there was plenty of room. In addition having the little mother-in-law apartment below was beautiful so we got a little bit of separation from the whole family. Would stay back here anytime

We stayed with 4 couples and infants at this home and had an overall good experience. To start this place is a great value and we had a great time. The Bad: 1. One of the rooms is a mother-in-law suite that is essentially a separate house that shares the same driveway. This isn’t communicated well in the posting, but there is no direct access to the rest of the house or the pool without walking up the driveway. 2. The mother-in-law suite is not cleaned to the same standard as the primary home. The bedding was dirty (makeup from previous guest) and we ended up washing it ourselves. The cupboards had spider webs, and the shower was not cleaned. The primary home was very clean so this was surprisingly different. 3. The mattresses are terrible. The master suite in the primary home had a brand new mattress which was great. The other mattresses are worse than a motel 6. For such a nice home this is a shock. The owner should invest a little money in new mattresses for a place that brings in $600 a night when fully occupied. The Good: 1. No A/C was not a problem. We stayed during a 10 day period that was consistently 87 deg F. We are from Alaska and never once overheated. The ceiling fans and natural ventilation architecture are amazing. 2. The pool is awesome. Deep enough for adults to swim and super private. 3. Location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach and you can watch the sunset while eating dinner on the Lanai. Overall we would recommend!

Beautiful home, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and a great location(very close to a Magic Sands Beach). The host was exceptional.

We enjoyed the house, didnt use rhe Lani as it is seperate from the house. There is NO AC! This house gets very hot in the evenings, espically if you cook-- just fyi. The pool was refershing, a tad chilly in morning but very nice. The down side was the bed in master br, our backs are srill sore from the matress, we contimplated sleeping on the floor it sunk in so badly. Good house, would not rent again but it was good. (We originally had another family coming but they had to cancle.) 3.5-4 stars overall. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pots, pans etc.

This was a very pleasant experience for my family. Easy check-in with a great view of the nightly sunsets. The house was spacious and true to the listing. The house was fully stocked with essentials for making meals, lounging on the beach or a day out snorkeling. Highly recommended!

With Magic Sand Beach a 10 minute walk away, a pool in the yard, a fantastic deck to watch the sunsets, the place is pretty great. Some of the "accessories" that come with the home are in need of updating/replacing (bedding, frying pans, deck chairs). The driveway up to the garage is steep, so a low car will bottom out (the rented Caravan did but the Rav4 did not). There is a great collection of pool and beach toys and towels. The barbecue was excellent at the all appliances worked well. The neighbourhood is great, quite quiet (except for the entertaining birds), you can hear the waves at night. The available in-law suite that has its own access was a bonus for the not so close friends.
