The main part of the house sits above street level with a beautiful partial ocean view. The entry doors open into the living room where you look out across the lanai and pool to the ocean. The kitchen and dining room and master bedroom share this wonderful view. The master bedroom has a king bed and large bath with marble shower and Japanese soaking tub. It also has its own separate access to the pool. You will love the small inviting ocean blue tile pool with rock waterfall. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with private entrance to the shared bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The studio has a separate entry at street level. It has a bedroom with a king bed , bath and kitchenette. The studio sleeps four with the sofa sleeper and is air conditioned. There is a large flat screen TV and a stereo. It has a large patio and outside seating .

The Base rate is for 6 guests. Additional guest fee will apply for more than 6 guests.

This place accommodated our family of 10 very comfortably. The 4 children, all under 9, used the pool constantly. This property was very clean and we all enjoyed it there.

As soon as we walked through the doors, we knew this house would be perfect for our family vacation! We arrived with our 2 adult children and their partners and had lots of room in the kitchen preparing meals and drinks and enjoyed eating meals, playing cards and games on the lanai. We loved the swimming pool and waterfall!! The house is in a great location with a short walk to Magic Sands Beach and a short drive to the Keauhou Shopping Centre. The To Do and Where To Go info left for us was priceless. Sarang was very responsive to our questions and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of kitchen equipment, snorkel gear, and beach supplies in the garage. Although the large teflon frying pans and ironing board have reached the end of their lifespans. :-) We would stay here again and would definitely recommend this house for families. Precious memories were made there for our family! Mahalo.

We traveled to Hawaii for the first time with our family and we enjoyed staying at the house! We especially enjoyed the pool and the boogie boards. We loved Magic Sands Beach and some of us simply walked there. We appreciated the cleanliness and the beach towels available so that we didn’t have to purchase them. We didn’t realize that the lower living space was not connected to the upper level without going outside but we had adult children that enjoyed the separate area! Overall it was wonderful and, although it was fairly rainy during our stay, we did get to enjoy a sunset from the lanai! Mahalo!!

What an amazing vacation we had, and a big part of it was this house. First of all, it was easy to get to and get in, very clean and well stocked, and the layout was perfection! We all loved hanging out on the lanai and playing in the pool when we needed a beach break, and there was plenty of beach toys, coolers, equipment galore. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot…. Lots of room for our family of 9. Loved the sunsets from the deck. Pool very refreshing as not heated but didn’t deter our use. Definitely recommend. Sarang communicated quickly to any message.
