Lovely and cozy apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing that we didn’t like was the mandatory cleaning fee that came on top and was nowhere mentioned during the booking. And for that finding little plastic bags under the nightstand (most likely from earplugs) that fee is even more ridiculous. We missed Salt & Pepper. But other than that, the whole Kiahuna Plantation Compound is lovely, the beach is awesome.

The unit was clean, conveniently located to our favorite beaches and restaurants, and we loved sitting on the patio overlooking the garden. We will come back again when we visit Poipu.

We love the Kiahuna Plantation and have stayed in many different units over the years. This unit is in need of some TLC. It has not been update like most of the other units we've stayed in. Having said that we love the location of this unit, we just wish it was a bit less shabby.
We loved everything about our stay. The location, the condo, the area and the host. We asked if we could come a day early and they checked for us , it was available and they did not charge us any extra. Wow, we were amazed and appreciative. 10 out 0f 10 all around
We love the Kiahuna Plantation property and especially loved this location--steps to the beach and with a semi-private lawn out back. The condo was clean and had tons of beach toys. We really appreciated the extra blow up bed too. One thing to note with a floor unit is that you can hear your neighbors upstairs in this complex--the floors are thin. But it's a nice trade-off to be able to walk out the back lanai to the beach. The dishwasher was also broken, but otherwise, it was a great stay- we would stay here again! Thank you!
Had a great time. Location and how close it is to the beach hut, beach and Sheraton is ideal. Ground floor is convenient, though sprinklers are pretty loud early in the morning. Condo size is great for a family of four. Beach chairs are super convenient.
Comfortable and cozy with a lovely patio for dining and relaxing any time of day. Every day there's a short or long walk to speical beaches. Green Turtles and Monk seals rested on the sands. The surf was too rough for swimming, but the weather was warm and partly sunny. We love eating in and the food trucks fed us many eveings. A new spot for us was Grandma's Kitchen in Hanapepe...a real treat. We bought fruit at roadside stands, shopped for groceries in Koloa as always. I Love Kauai and Poipu.
Great location, beautiful grounds. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas handy. We will be back!
Ray and Mary’s place was fantastic! The location in the complex was an easy walk to the beach. About as close as you could get without being in one of the oceanfront units. We walked around the point each night to watch the sunset over the ocean. Beach was calm enough to swim in the ocean in February. Unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Fantastic cross breezes kept everything the perfect temperature. Would definitely stay there again.
This property itself is beautiful as well as the surrounding grounds! It is so close to the beach which is so convenient and a short walk there from the condo. We loved the beautiful coastal decor and the place was stocked with everything you need for the beach. We loved our stay here in Kauai and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again in the future!
We had a great stay in Mary’s condo. The no a/c was a non issue (stayed in February). All the windows are without glass so you get constant breezes. The kitchen had everything we needed except salt and pepper. The fridge had an ice maker which was great. My kids said the sofa bed was comfortable and the king bed was comfy as well.Loved the location close to the beach. The condo also had all the necessary beach equipment like chairs umbrellas etc. We drove across the street to the pool twice and the kids enjoyed the little slide. Overall would recommend and stay again (not in the summer tho-I’d need a/c). But loved the overall property of the Kiahuna .

Such a great spot for our getaway to Kauai. We loved being so close to the beach so we could walk and enjoy our morning coffee listening to the waves. Being across the street from shopping and dining made it an easy to walk for anything needed.
We have stayed in this Kiahuna Plantation unit a couple times previously, so we knew we wanted to stay in it again. This unit is in a prime location, with a beautiful view from the ground level lanai, very short walk to the beach (1-2 minutes, tops), and close to everything in Poipu, Kukui'ula and Koloa. The layout and furniture are wonderful, and the kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes, mixing bowls, baking dishes, etc. It is always so relaxing! And the new key code locks are great - you no longer need to worry about taking your key card with you.
We have stayed at this unit twice and it suited our needs. It’s nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us immediately. There is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans were all we needed with the breezes. We do not visit Kauai during the summer, so the three floor fans might be needed then.
Thoroughly enjoy our stay. Have stayed at Kiahuna Plantation many times but this was the best because of the unit's location and amenities.

Great location to access beach, restaurants, shopping town and extracurricular activities ( Zipline ATV's Helicopter rides, boat tours). Property and condo unit are clean and well taken care off. Owners and property managers were extremely easy and great to work with. Enjoyed easy beach access, very nice common area, chaise longue chairs provided. Only downside was parking, most days it was easy to park close to the condo / building, couple of times spots were were full but it was a short walk. Would have provided five stars overall, however,during our stay it was extremely hot and humid for that time of the year, unit does not have AC, you rely on the cross breeze via fans & louvered windows. when gone you need to lock the patio doors so no cross ventilation, it was a little warm when returning. At night it was very comfortable to sleep, did not get hot during the night, however, you sometimes hear any late night vacationers returning to their condos. Overall I definitely would recommend the unit and property. Cheers!
Wonderful stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Short walk to the beach and great location close to local shops and eateries. Free parking and access to a guest laundry room was an added bonus!
This is a lovely unit with a great location. The owners and manager were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The lanai opened up to a semi private grassy area, and is very close to the beach.
We will definitely reserve this until when we return.
The location of the unit was wonderful. Easy access to the beach. The breeze that flowed through the unit thorughout the day and night made the stay most enjoyable and comfortable. We would love to return to this unit again.
A very pleasant stay . Great location , close to everything we needed , shopping , restaurants , the BBQ area and the beach . If we come back to Poipu , this is where we’ll stay .
Very comfortable, nice location, close enough to beach and BBQ. Could get a little noisy with neighbors conversing outside. But we had all windows open, so understandable. Recommend one more Tommy Bahama beach chair. Very happy with our stay.
