Remodeled, spacious condo with high ceilings located at Hale Kamaole opposite Kamaole III State Park and Beach. Great for two couples or a family of four.
The open loft area sleeps one adult/child in a twin bed. The open staircase does not make it suitable for toddlers.

Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views. This beautiful condo has amazing Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, and Haleakala views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. The lanai also offers views of the expansive lawn and tropical landscape of Birds of Paradise, Plumeria trees, and of course Palm trees. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their a/c. When windows and doors are opened the Tradewinds keep all areas cool and it gives the feeling of outdoor living.
Both bedrooms have high-end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses. The Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a bathroom.
The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with an Ensuite Bathroom. New windows slide open for the Maui trade winds or close for quiet sleeping. Ceramic floor throughout the 1st floor including the Guest Bedroom, and carpet in the Master Bedroom and loft. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. 55' Smart Samsung TV in the living room. 45' Smart Samsung TV in bedrooms. Bring your Netflix etc. passwords.

Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State Park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be one of the best beaches in South Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding, amazing sunsets and whale watching. Lifeguards are available.

Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes drive away. World-class golf courses are a very short distance drive.

Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an enclosed full-size tennis court, and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. Free parking in front of the condo. No check-in or hidden fees!

Stayed here in August with my husband and daughter. Lots of space! We could easily have come with more people. Mary the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The condo is in a great location- I loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. Walk to Kamaole Beach park, walk to Kihei shops and restaurants. Quick drive to Wailea. We appreciated the beach gear and the USB chargers everywhere, as well as the Smart TVs allowing you to log in to Netflix. The pool is small and could use a little more shade, but is super convenient and close. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! We were without a car for most days, but we were able to walk to beaches, restaurants, and local shops. The condo was clean and well maintained. Mary was great and kept us updated with the approaching storm Olivia. She even brought extra supplies over in case we needed anything, which we were fortunate not not need. We had a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed staying here! Mahalo!

We were blown away by Mary’s beautiful home. I wish videos could be added because the pictures really don’t so this place justice, even though her pictures are amazing. Bathrooms and kitchen are really important to me and this condo was better than expected. Everything was so clean and looked brand new. The kitchen has stainless steel modern appliances and stocked with everything you need. There were even candles and a lighter when we celebrated a birthday. The pool is so close and extremely clean and barely used by anyone. The view from the lanai was unbelievable and to sit out and relax was heavenly. Beach toys, upgraded chairs and Tommy Bahama beach umbrella are all provided. The rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable. We didn’t use the loft to sleep but it was nice to see a curtain there for added privacy when in use. Air conditioners worked perfectly and the fan in the family room actually made the place really cool. We parked right outside the unit and the whole complex was very quiet. Restaurants are close by and the beach and park are right across the street. The concierge was really helpful to book excursions and a luau. This is such a perfect unit to bring you rest and relaxation on your vacation. I’m absolutely going to be a repeat renter when we are next in Maui. Thank you Mary for making us feel at home .

Check in was simple. The place was well-equipped. There was a gorgeous view of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony. It is located conveniently to the beach and the street without hearing any traffic noise. There is a friendly concierge onsite to help you figure out the things to see. There is a free tennis court too. There are lots of cool things to do nearby. Great restaurants and an eclectic collection of shops are walking distance away. We found lots of healthy food options, including tasty options for vegans. We rented bikes one day and scooters the next. We checked out Makena (Big) Beach which was incredibly picturesque. This condo was an awesome choice. When I make it back to Maui, I will definitely choose Kihei and I will definitely look up this condo!
