Our beautifully appointed condo is perfect for a family (6 maximum), a couple or two couples (as there are 2 primary bedroom suites, each with a king size bed and its own private bath). The condo features a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped renovated kitchen with all the cooking essentials you could possibly need. There are flat screens in the living room and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, cable and Netflix access, games, and baskets of books for your enjoyment. A very private and lush lanai area is perfect for your morning breakfast or for just lounging and enjoying your time in paradise. One of the two beautiful pools is just steps away, with the other pool (adult) being just on the other side of the parking lot from the first pool.
For tennis, pickleball and golf enthusiasts, this is the perfect destination. The Wailea Tennis Club is adjacent to the Grand Champions Villas and now features ten pickleball courts as well. Just around the corner you have access to 3 of the island's top golf spots, the world famous Blue, Emerald, and Gold courses. The condo also provides quick and easy access to the best beaches, restaurants, shops, snorkeling......an endless list of island activities that Maui has to offer.
The complex itself offers some great amenities from it's quiet location with beautiful landscaping to the two pristine pools with BBQ's and Jacuzzis for use.

Great Location. The place was a great spot for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were close to shops and great beach locations. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite not having an ocean view, the lanai had a lovely tropical setting. The condo had so many extra amnentities and Pat was super responsive. While we didn’t walk down to the Shops at Wailea, we could have easily and all the beaches we like were a very short drive.

The Wailea area of Maui is on the southwest part of the island. It is generally sunny and very quiet. Some of the communities on the island are more bustling. If you want just some rest and relaxation, in my opinion, it is worth the extra money to stay in Wailea versus Kihei. Although we have stayed in Kihei before and like it as well.

Pat is a wonderful host. Communication was very easy and friendly. She even enabled a late check out for us, since our origin flight was canceled and we had to stay until the evening.
The appartement was perfect for our stay on Maui. It is very clean, well equiped and very spacious. Nothing was missing. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast or in the evenings. The beds are very cozy with a choice of pillows.
I can absolutely recommend this place. We would return anytime.

Pat’s condo was extremely comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. It was accessible to all parts of Wailea and Kihei, and made for an excellent location for a long vacation. Pat was very good to work with, accommodating and communicative. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location in Wailea. The property was safe, parking good, pool access was close and private with shower and restroom. Nice private view from our balcony. It is close to shopping and restaurants and first class golf. We had one issue we needed to talk to Pat about and she was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It needs a little updating but we were very pleased with it. Highly recommend this property!

Smooth process booking and checking in/out. The property is located in a very central location that was easy to navigate. Parking was great. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is nice to have. Would stay here again if we return to Maui.
