Welcome to paradise. A private, two bedroom, non-smoking condo at the Palms at Wailea with sweeping ocean views from Molokini to West Maui. It is not only one of the best views at The Palms complex, but also in Wailea. The unit is located a leisurely 10-minute stroll from exclusive Keawakapu Beach (the 'Malibu of Maui') and The Shops At Wailea. It features ocean views from all rooms, with a large private lanai for discrete sunning, dining and relaxing.
Our unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen remodeled in 2016 and approximately 1,200 square feet of interior space. The living room has an attached dining room and a large 300 square foot lanai with a fabulous panoramic ocean view. The kitchen has pass-through windows opening to the dining area on the lanai. The master suite has a queen bed, private tiled shower and an ocean view from bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a separate bathroom with shower, accessible via short hallway. This guest bathroom was completely renovated in 2019, with custom tilework and all new fixtures, lighting and vanity. The wall to this bedroom can be retracted to open it into the living area for additional space and ocean views. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning [brand new replacement unit in 2019], but there are ceiling fans in every room, and ample floor fans to keep things comfortable.
This unit is our private retreat from the mainland. We bought it in 2013 and have been updating it to suit us and our guests. We have new furnishings in the living room - queen sleeper sofa and side chairs - 2021; and a dining room table and six chairs. In 2016 we added UV blocking solar blinds and replaced all of the carpeting with new tile floors. The main bathroom shower/tub was replaced with a new walk-in tiled shower featuring a turtle motif in honor of Maui's many honu. In summer 2016, we completely renovated the kitchen. New mattresses were added in April 2019, and new lanai dining set, for six, was added in 2019.
Unlike other units, ours has never been in a rental pool, there is no road noise, and there are no obstructed views. This unit is great for honeymooners or those seeking a memorable island getaway. If you leave the windows open at night, you can hear ocean waves crashing on the shore.

We have stayed at The Palms a few times in the past and this unit is now our favorite. The view from the lanai is really great. Everything was well thought out in the unit and well kept and clean. For one minor issue, the rental agency responded and fixed it quickly. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful ocean views, massive porch, central location and large pool. Fully furnished kitchen with all we needed. Note that whole house is not air-conditioned (just master).

The place is beautiful and very well kept
Hosts are very hospitable and helpful and management excellent , polite, efficient.
Location is absolutely the best and views…pure beauty
I have one suggestion if I may - the second working air-condition system even portable for the second bedroom would make a significant difference with temperatures going over 80F already in April
Besides that it is a wonderful place , with wonderful people focused on making your stay there absolutely wonderful as well
I want to thank the owners and management for their generosity in patience and assistance
I plan to return soon with my fiancé this time ( I was there with my friend) to enjoy all the beauty this place offers

Property location is great. Quite, near beaches,
Shops. Condo is perfect for family. Beach accessories were available with stay.
Lanai has a picture view of the water and island nearby. We rented this condo for family of 6.
I will refer this unit to my friends.

Wonderful end unit with fantastic Maui and sunset views!! Great Wailea location near The Shops and resorts and great beaches. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially on the great lanai with views!

The condo was just as described. Nice upgrades, has everything you need and then some, very comfortable and the views and deck are gorgeous. You won’t even want to spend time inside. The upgraded kitchen is beautiful with views and perfect with the supplies needed. It was fun to barbeque and sit on the deck after a long day sight seeing or at the beach. We greatly enjoyed ourselves and thank you for making it so easy. Hope to be back.

The ocean views from the lanai didn’t disappoint and made this unit a great choice. The unit was comfortable and it was nice being walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea boardwalk.
