This spacious and well appointed unit was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. This is a top floor end unit with a large lanai that made for a very private and picturesque place to enjoy the sunsets. The grounds are immaculate and we really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.
Location is excellent and directly across from a sandy beach with facilities and a lifeguard. Also very close to all of the shops and restaurants that Kihei has to offer, and a short drive to Wailea for its resorts and beautiful beaches.
Unit itself is very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have spices and cooking supplies. Teenagers really enjoyed the boogie boards and beach gear.

Aloha! What a beautiful condo and property! When we arrived the condo was very clean and the gounds were gorgeous. The unit has two (very comfy) king beds, and the kiddos slept on the couch pull-out. The smart TVs for streaming from our kids' Disney accounts in the evenings was a big bonus! The unit is spacious and has a large lanai with great views of the ocean, gardens, and ponds. We definitely took advantage of the lanai for our breakfasts and watching the sunset. I'm definitely going to miss morning coffee out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals (even a blender for frozen drinks). Brand-new washer/dryers was great to have too! The condo is centrally located between south Kihei and Wailea, within walking distance/short drive to SO many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed Maui Brewing Co, Gather, Monkey Pod, and fantastic food trucks, to name a few. There's a big closet on the lanai dedicated to beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc), but the best part was the collapsible wagon! The walk to the beach is very short, similar to if you were staying at a resort, and it was perfect to pack all of the chairs, towels, food, and drinks into that wagon and just roll it down. The pool area is big and well-kept. Our daughters made a bunch of friends, though it never felt crowded. We also took advantage of the new, nice Weber grills; it was nice to relax down in the garden area and enjoy dinner. I can't wait to come back.!!!! Highly recommend.
We have stayed in Maui multiple times in the past. The condo is in a wonderful location and is well appointed with comfortable chairs/couches. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and a variety of condiments which was greatly appreciated. However, when we arrived it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly. The screen door would not open as the track was full of sand/dirt. The floors were extremely dirty – with areas that showed spilled drinks and obvious mess on the floor around garbage cans. The lanai was covered in bird droppings. All the fans had a layer of dust. The bed in the primary suite had sand in it – which I believe was from the dryer never being cleaned properly as it was full of sand as well. Of note – the washer and dryer is very old and extremely small capacity. The coffee maker was filled with old coffee grinds and needed to be cleaned in order to use it. The dishwasher upper rack is broken. We had to completely clean for over 3 hours including cleaning the dryer and dryer filter completely out and then washed all the bedding in the condo again when we arrived. Two of the four beach chairs are quite ragged. There were empty cans in these chairs that hadn’t been cleaned out. The newer umbrella is actually broken. We did try to contact the “cleaning and repair” line but they never responded. We emailed Maui Kama’aina about our concerns after our stay but they never answered. Thus we are posting on VRBO
