Best location with the best views! Walking distance to everything including the pool and the beach. Debi is the best! We will definitely be back!
Wow! A completely amazing place. The location and views are complete perfection. And then the host has absolutely everything you could possbly need. Everything was complete perfection. I don't know what else to say! The best VRBO I've ever stayed at.
Enjoyed being right at the waters edge watching the waves roll in. Awesome sunsets from the lanai. The host was responsive to all communications and very accommodating.
Great place to stay, owner is very friendly, responsive and has everything you need in the condo. This place has views, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and is very quiet. The morning coffee on the lania was worth it all, we were fortunate to see dolphins and our last day we also had two whales put on a show for everyone!
We loved staying at Debi's place in Kona Reef just a 10 min walk from downtown Kailua! The oceanfront lanai was such an amazing place to relax and take in the ocean views and wave sounds in between Big Island adventures. Her condo is well-stocked with everything you'll need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and more)! She was a super helpful and friendly host! Highly recommend!
The condo was so comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean in close proximity, and a quiet complex to relax in. Well stocked, making it easy to feel at home. Would highly recommend!
WOW! I’m so sorry that I couldn’t leave 100 stars for this property & Debi. My wife and I spent 18 beautiful and gorgeous days here in Kona at this property. I hate to refer to Our Paradise as this property. From the time we opened the front door on August 12th until we locked up and left on August 30th we thought we had died and went to Heaven. The property is immaculate in every way from the front to the back. Ms. Debi has so many supplies for you that we only had to buy our one food and cook it at the condo or at the 4 gas grills at the pool. Debi and myself kept in touch everyday. Morning reports were so important to us because we wanted to thank her everyday. You leave your stress and problems behind as soon as you walk in and open up the door to the lanai and see that beautiful aqua marine water and waves include😂. My wife and I have already told Ms. Debi that we would be returning to this piece of Paradise. Debi, from the bottom of our hearts I want to thank you so very much. You are a GREAT Host. Kona just might be our new favorite place to visit, largely due to Debi's condo. Everything you could ever need, plus more! Walking distance to downtown, centrally located to other amazing beaches/snorkel sites, equipped with all the things for a beach vacation, and literally steps from the water. Exceeded expectations. Plus, Debi was so helpful and made us feel right at home. This was also our first time staying on the ground floor, and I'm not sure I could ever go back to anything else...the pictures don't do it justice. Already planning our next trip back!

This place is adorable, very clean and well stocked with all essentials. We were super happy with it. Deb was very attentive upon checking in then just let us enjoy. I’m at as cute and clean as it looks, we would definitely recommend .
Absolutely perfect place for a Kona getaway! The condo was clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished, equipped with everything we needed. Debi is a super helpful, communicative host, available to answer questions and suggest best places to eat, play etc. Great location and beautiful grounds and view. And quiet! Perfect for any age!
