My husband and I stayed here for a week on a Babymoon, it was our first stay in Kauai. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations or the location on the island, it had a little of everything. There is a great restaurant on the beach very close in walking distance as well as a shopping center with restaurants within walking distance. When you’re ready for some island exploring there is a lot that doesn’t require a long drive. We loved the balcony with the view! The AC in the bedroom was greatly appreciated, it can get very warm during the day and it is needed at times. Definitely would stay here again!

This flat was immaculate, spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool and beach. It was everything the listing said it was and more. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Beautiful, well maintained and very clean unit, away from any street noise with a great ocean view across the manicured grounds and pool area. The Lae Nani is located on the east side of Kauai so day trips to either the north or south shores are convenient. Also situated on the walk/bike recreational trail with many shops and restaurants nearby.
Enjoyed this beautiful property in Ka’paa. Good location, beautiful grounds. Everything needed was provided. Would stay again.

This is our third stay in the Lae Nani complex. The complex itself has gorgeous landscaping and the beach is wonderful. Path along the coast is a pleasant walk. Sunset view from this unit overlooking the pool (the pool was quiet most evenings). This unit is well equipped (noodles, towels, etc), very clean, and has updated furniture. The bedroom has a small portable AC unit, which we didn't need to use... ocean breezes keep the unit at a nice temp. Location offers easy access to/from airport and to either south or north island. Owner contacted us directly via email with simple check-in instructions and codes. Very smooth rental process. Laundry onsite was clean and very inexpensive (1.50/load).
We enjoyed this beautiful condo, the building was safe and quiet and the facilities had all we needed! Great communication from the owners. A lovely and fun trip being on the water and by the pool!
This was our second visit and we were just as thrilled as before. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just lovely, start to finish. We loved our morning coffee on the lanai and early morning sunrise walks. Time at the cove was so relaxing and special. Our kids have insisted that if/when we return, we only stay here. Thank you for helping us create priceless family memories.
The condominium property is beautiful with a great pool and nice beach. The location is near several restaurants and Safeway. The unit is nicely decorated and well furnished. We could have used more towels since laundry isn’t in unit, and some of the pans were a bit rough. The awful part of our stay was the endangered wedge tailed shearwater bird that nests behind the unit. You have to Google its sound to hear how horrible their cries are. These birds are nocturnal and started screaming non stop every night around 2:30am and didn’t stop until morning when the many roosters started their wake up call. It was unbelievable! Additionally, the windows are louvered so there’s no way to keep the sound out. The other problem with the condo is no AC except for a very loud portable unit in the bedroom. It did get very hot especially in the main living area which made evening TV watching uncomfortable. The ceiling fans were helpful but some of our days the temp was in the mid 80s so it was impossible to get it cooled down. This condo would probably be fine during cooler months and when those stupid birds aren’t nesting!

Stay was amazing. Condo has every amenity you would need or want. Had no problems at all with the condo, communication with the owner or facility manager. Location is perfect. For two women, we felt very safe and comfortable. Really appreciated the room air conditioner. As far as the noisy roosters and chickens….. they out number the people. It’s a way of life for the Islanders.
We felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay at Lae Nani. The property is impeccably maintained. The flora is gorgeous and it feels like you’re seeing new plants every time you walk the property. Every morning we saw the pool being cleaned. It was crystal clear and no plant droppings. The unit itself has a great view. The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom was great. The lounge chairs and umbrella in the closet are a must when going to the beaches, so make sure to look for those! Some aspects of the kitchen were lackluster and more cleaning should be done on the stovetop. Overall, we’re so lucky and thankful for this to be our first experience on the island! We plan to return to the area!
The unit was beautiful. Private 2nd floor entry ( no elevator). Kitchen and living areas looked out over pool to waimea bay and mountains in distance. Could hear waves crashing and birds singing. The unit is very nicely furnished. Bed super comfy. 2 bathrooms a plus. Well stocked kitchen with nice coffee pot + espresso maker ( WOW!). We could access paved path along beach and walk to great coffee shops, farmers market Tuesdays and Thursdays plus Lava Lava Beach club and Hukilau restaurants nearby.
The only down sides were could have used more towels since no WD in unit and I don't think the unit had been used or cleaned for awhile? Lots of dust on all tables. Super minor complaints. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.
This was our first trip to Kauai and staying here was the perfect choice! Not only could we travel around and get to know the beauty of the island, but coming back (or spending an entire day) "home" was every bit as beautiful to us! "Our beach" was exquisite, the grounds spectacular, the view beyond our expectation. Loved relaxing on the balcony. We cooked (mostly grilled) and enjoyed expressos and cappuccinos. Finally, the beautiful condo itself - the love and care put into every furnishing, fixture and piece of artwork is so evident - a true Hawaiian reflection. Thank you!
Beautiful condo and great views from the Lanai. Can also hear the waves from the Lanai which we really loved. Walking distance to restaurants and Coconut Marketplace. Condo was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Grounds were beautiful and very well kept. We would definitely stay again.
Beautiful property, well maintained and a great location. This property gets high marks from us! The owner was extremely responsive and got a new TV delivered and installed the same day when the TV went out.
We loved this condo! Spacious, comfortable with a real kitchen. The view was great and we loved our lanai. We would definitely stay here again!
