Beautiful condo. Felt like home. The mattress in master bedroom was fabulous! I usually wake up stiff, but not here. Bed is very high though. I’m older so was difficult getting into it. I asked for a step stool and they brought one over the next day and it Worked fine. First time staying in Princeville. So glad we did. So beautiful and really feels like the true Hawaii. Kitchen is fully stock d with anything you need to prepare food. View of pool is nice and they keep the BBQ and grounds so clean. The unit had beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest and other beach toys. Highly recommend!
We have been to Kauai 6 times now as a family . The plantation and Nihilani next door have been our favorite places to stay. This unit had excellent A/C , a great patio with a perfect view of the pool just outside, but not too close. There was a large family staying above us but we never heard any noise. The hot tub was nice on our rainy day. We grilled out at the pool and relaxed in the evening. It’s close enough that my kids and i walked to sea lodge beach which had good snorkeling. There are turtle caves near by we walked to and explored as well. The running path next to the golf course is beautiful in the mornings and just around the corner from this unit. The property had all the things we could need. Plenty of good beach chairs and a sun umbrella and cooler. Check in was easy. We love this location and will keep coming back!
Close to everything, but secluded and private. We had a wonderful month in paradise.
We stayed at this property for 21 days. Both the owners and property managers were really helpful and quick to respond to any type of questions. I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was well stocked with the items we needed. There was no bugs, which we've experienced in Hawaiian rentals in the past. We love the Princeville area. My kids lived at the pool and we used the barbeque almost every night. The pool area is cleaned and prepared every morning prior to it opening. Property grounds are very well kept. Parking was easy for our rental van. The condo had good beds and linens. Highly recommend and I would happily return.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! All of the great reviews were absolutely correct: very clean, well-stocked kitchen and linens, great location, and efficient management. We will definitely be back!!
One word of caution that was not an issue for us, but could be to someone else: the tub/shower in the primary suite were a little difficult to access and the bed was very high, so beware if you have any physical limitations.

We had a wonderful time staying at his location! It’s everything it appears, and also in a great location. Very close to all the resorts and not long of a drive to many beaches. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again.
This is the second time we have stayed in the condo and the experience was great and what we expected.
Thank you for a well-stocked, clean, comfortable (and tastefully decorated!) “home base” for our family to enjoy the island from!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was great. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Really convenient to have plenty of hot water for showers as well as beach chairs, umbrella and washer/drawer in the unit. Close to everything in the North Shore.
