Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private palm-lined beach just steps away, or lie on the lanai's twin-sized lounger gazing up at the stars while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the lava rocks below.

This condo is spacious (nearly 1300 square feet) and feels like a real home with its spectacular ocean views and central air conditioning! Don't depend on tradewinds to keep you cool or settle for condos with window units in only one or two rooms. Casa de Emdeko is one of the few complexes in Kona with true central air conditioning. There is no additional charge for running the AC during your stay.

You will also enjoy ultra-high speed internet WiFi service, living room with big screen HD Smart TV with Time Warner HD Cable (cable and flat panel TV's in both bedrooms, too), DVD player and library, dining room and full-sized kitchen. The kitchen is complete with coffee maker and grinder, ice maker, Brita filtered water pitcher, waffle maker, blender, martini shaker, and all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes for preparing meals at home if you choose. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower; there are sunset ocean views from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and another bathroom just across the hall. There are also beach towels, coolers and a beach umbrella and chairs for your use. We have just completed a major kitchen and bathroom remodel in addition to redecorating and updating the unit to make your stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! We had wonderful views from our balcony, lots of whales and dolphins. The sunsets were amazing and the wave watching was spectacular! We loved the salt water pool, it is always one of our favorite places to be!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. From the moment we arrived we knew we made the correct choice. Brent had an assortment of local treats and coffee waiting for us upon arrival and even left a card wishing my son and wife a happy birthday. Everything was as advertised and more, from the sunset view, to the swimming pool by the ocean and the tropical gardens and birds in the center of the complex. The lanai was our favorite location for enjoying morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious and modern. Needless to say, Brent and Casa Kona exceeded our expectations. If you are planning on traveling to the Kailua-Kona area we highly recommend that you consider staying at Casa Kona. Thank you Brent!

I’ve stayed a Casa Kona several times now with my husband and friends and it never disappoints. You won’t find more responsive owners than Brent and Jeff. They are on top of everything and add special touches such as homemade bread and a yummy basket to get your trip started right. The unit is impeccably clean and well stocked. The view of the beach, pool, and ocean from the lanai is one of the best in the complex. We practically lived on the lanai. The complex overall is well maintained, beautifully landscaped, and full of welcoming people. Cooking in is a piece of cake with the large grills that are available for use by all. This truly is a piece of paradise. We can’t wait to return next year!
