Surrounded by heavenly-scented plumeria, flowering hibiscus, ginger and brilliant bougainvillea, your cares will melt away as you relax on your own private lanai, just 100 feet from the ocean! Sip a morning cup of Kona coffee while watching humpback whales or spinner dolphins. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private palm-lined beach just steps away, or lie on the lanai's twin-sized lounger gazing up at the stars while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the lava rocks below.

This condo is spacious (nearly 1300 square feet) and feels like a real home with its spectacular ocean views and central air conditioning! Don't depend on tradewinds to keep you cool or settle for condos with window units in only one or two rooms. Casa de Emdeko is one of the few complexes in Kona with central air conditioning. There is no additional charge for running the AC during your stay.

You will also enjoy ultra-high speed internet WiFi service, living room with big screen HD Smart TV with Time Warner HD Cable (cable and flat panel TV's in both bedrooms, too), DVD player and library, dining room and full-sized kitchen. The kitchen is complete with coffee maker and grinder, ice maker, Brita filtered water pitcher, waffle maker, blender, martini shaker, and all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes for preparing meals at home if you choose. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower; there are sunset ocean views from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and another bathroom just across the hall. There are also beach towels, coolers and a beach umbrella and chairs for your use. We have just completed a major kitchen and bathroom remodel in addition to redecorating and updating the unit to make your stay even more enjoyable. This is a non-smoking property, including inside the condo, on the lanai, and all of the common areas and grounds of the complex.

This was our 4th stay at Casa de Emeko and have rented a different unit each visit. CasaKona is one of the best. We felt very comfortable and "at home". This was our first stay in a 2 bedroom and loved the very spacious lanai, with an exceptional view of the ocean and breaking waves. We appreciated the generous welcoming basket of goodies from Brent and Jeff. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.
