New (7/2023) air conditioning throughout. You will also have an oceanside swimming pool, and tennis/pickle ball court and two bar-b-que areas. Beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and chairs are provided.

Each bedroom has its own lanai, bathroom, and lanai. This condo is fully furnished and has beautiful island decor.

What really makes this beautiful condo stand out is its ease of access. Located at the top of the hill, simply drive up, park, walk down 4 steps, go to the door and step in. Most condos use parking lots away from the units and require a flight of stairs to get the same ocean view! Also, this is a single level unit -no up and down stairs to beds or bath!

You are a very short beautiful walk to the pool, tennis courts, bar-b-que area, and turtle watching in the ocean!

This lovely property has fantastic sunsets! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and ample living space. The hosts are super attentive. We plan on staying here again!

This condo has an amazing ocean view and an excellent location within the complex. Parking is right at the front door; no steps to climb with groceries, luggage, etc. or lengthy walk to get to your vehicle. Great wireless and tv service. Very good communication with condo owner.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and had a terrific time with our family. The unit was easily walkable to the beach, clean and comfortable, and the check in process was easy. The listing mentioned A/C but we expected central instead of the units in each of the bedrooms that were loud and not very strong. The unit was pretty warm in the afternoon - particularly in the common areas. A few other easy upgrades - like a new mattress would move this to a truly awesome stay. Communication with the host was really easy and convenient.

Overall good location.A few helpful hints might be nights lights could be added ,first aid kit,A/C was kind of week,maybe some ice packs for the coolers to go to beach,no mention of ODORS from the sewer system problems.I believe the directions to get to the location need to be improved.Needs to add take a right Naylo rd.,go to end then take a right to 2nd apartment.Directions on what needs to be done for check out. We followed our previous weeks stay in Maui directions.

our 1st stay in building 8. well kept and supplied condo with all the necessary amenities. the bedroom a/c units are more than enough to add the additional sleeping comfort. single level unit is a plus. definitely on the list for return consideration. thank you
