Home 407 provides large new Sony televisions with Netflix and Apple TV in the living room and each bedroom. Guests will appreciate a number of other unique amenities during their stay, including keyless coded entry, automated lighting with engraved backlit buttons, climate control in each bedroom, high-speed wireless internet, USB-charging outlets throughout the home, and a whole-home interior and exterior sound system that allows access to any radio station in the world.

This exceptional home on the Kohala Coast of west Hawaii gives guests easy access to renowned beaches such as Hapuna Beach and Kiholo Bay, as well as Mauna Lani Beach Club, a protected cove with white sand and calm waters. Complete with beach chairs, ocean gear rentals, a restaurant, showers, and bathrooms, Mauna Lani Beach Club offers an especially appealing option for families with children. Excellent dining and shopping possibilities are also nearby at both the Shops at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa Beach Resort. A short drive provides endless additional options for water sports, hiking, golf, and sightseeing.
Please note that starting September 3rd, 2024, the Ohana Pool and Spa will undergo necessary repairs. This work is scheduled to conclude with the pool reopening between October 14th and 20th, 2024. Construction will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. During this time, the Lap Pool and Spa will remain open for all guests, but please be aware that pool toys or non-wearable floating devices will be restricted to ensure everyone’s comfort. The construction may result in loud noise or other disruptions, and we ask that all guests avoid the marked construction zones and show respect to the workers. Proper barriers and dust mitigation measures will be in place for your safety.

The home is very nicely put together. Control system is great - lights at a touch of a button are very handy. Layout is great. Clean place (and clean and function rentals are a big issue for me) great - although some cookware could use a better clean (the only issue I could offer on the home actually). The best praise I can offer is that I would rent this home again when I return to the big Island. Thanks for being truthful & honorable on the VRBO offering.

The property is perfectly situated with amenities (pool and shops) in walking distance. The beach club is a relaxing run-distance of 3 miles away. The house is very clean and well stocked. I’d highly recommend this property for a family getaway!

This is a lovely, high-tech accommodation. We particularly noticed how well equipped it was from brand-new copper pots and pans and an ample supply of zip locks all the way to extra swim goggles in the event you forgot your own! We wish we could have stayed longer!

My Daughter and I had a wonderful time at Kamilo 407! We felt so at home, everything we needed was supplied and then some. The mattress in the master bedroom is amazing! I have never slept better. The property manager was so helpful! Best vacation ever!

We have very busy work schedules and quality family time is far and few. We are grateful to Elite Property Management for helping us to find the perfect Hawaiian vacation oasis. The home was fully stocked with what we needed. From the well thought kitchen utensils, baking pans, dishware to the thick towels, beautiful bedding, and the modern smart home enhancements, we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The lanai view was peaceful and lovely, the wifi was spectacular an allowed us to stay in contact with our business communications throughout all areas of the home. My husband and kids got spoiled by the 4k tvs and the Playstation 4 Pro! We loved the gated community, its amenities, the location, and the house was absolutely perfect for our family, we will be back!
