Beautiful 2 story condo. Plenty of amenities and owner was very accurate in what was provided and available for use with respect to water toys, equipment, linens, towels, beach gear, etc. No surprises. Place had everything you could need to enjoy a family vacation. Very clean and roomy for a family of 5.

This was a perfect spot for 5 of us to comfortably stay for a week. It was clean with plenty of towels and cooking supplies. Beds were comfy, bikes and surfboards were a nice touch, too. The garage was plenty big for our Jeep and gear. The team was quick to answer questions and get us sorted quickly. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a nice, roomy spot on the north side.
We had an amazing stay at this home in Princeville! The property itself is fantastic—beyond spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The unit is nicely decorated and furnished. The rooms are very spacious. The property is very quiet and ideal if you’re looking to kick back and relax. The pool was… GREAT!The location is perfect for exploring the North Shore, and we loved starting and ending our days with the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Princeville.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. It was super comfortable for our group (4 adults and 2 little ones). The amenities were convenient and the house was super comfortable.
We loved our stay at Nihilani! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the nearby beaches. Pool was awesome too!
We had a wonderful time! Super clean! Plenty of amenities. We were very comfortable and loved it! We loved the ease of parking in the garage and we borrowed chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards. Corresponding with owner was great - we even received a list of restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!!
We had a great stay at this property! It was 3 adults and 3 kids…with two of them being 2 or under. If you have young kids this is the property for you. They had high chairs, bouncers, 2 pack-n-plays, bouncers and many other things for kids. The property itself is very spacious…even more so than the pictures show. The boogie boards and bikes were very nice to have and lots of fun. The house has every kitchen item you can think of which made cooking nice. I would highly recommend this place whether you have kids or not. The pool, hot tub, and grills were also a nice addition. Check in process was simple and house was very clean. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This property overall is fantastic; the photos won't wow you like your eyes will when you walk into the suite. Everything was neat and clean and the space and amenities in the suite, additional beach items in the garage, even having a garage, and amenities like the pool and BBQ made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. We had 5 of us including a 3 & 5 year old and it was a perfect space. Thanks Doreen!
We really appreciated all of the items for the kiddos - pack n play, potty, high chair, and even sand toys and puddle jumpers made our stay a breeze. The pool area is great and we met a ton of other families there. Place was beautifully clean and had what we needed.
Very well equipped, large rooms with accurate listing. We enjoyed this spacious home and everyone had private space. Our daughter, son inlaw and grandchild took the two queen bedrooms with the bathroom between them. The small "den" had a twin bed that was uses by the snorers. Thhe two balconies were greattoo.

Lovely condo as advertised. We appreciated the extras; bikes, beach chairs, baby equipment, beach towels, etc. Close to Hideaway Beach which was our favorite snorkeling beach. Thank you!
What did we love about the property: Location, Communication with the host, Beautiful and Well-maintained property, All Necessities provided, Air-conditioning, close to Hanalei and all it has to offer. We loved it and enjoyed our stay very much. Will do again, if back in Kauai.
We enjoyed our 1 week stay at this very nice condo in Princeville. We fully enjoyed the kitchen amenities provided, taking care to follow instructions provided. Morning breakfasts were spent enjoying light rain showers and beautiful views on the lanai. It was a great location for us to hike down to many secluded beaches, snorkel and hike.
My husband and myself, along with our two college aged boys, stayed a week in Kauai on the beautiful north shore. The condo was conveniently located to most things on our list, which was awesome! Even if it was a 30-45 minute drive away, it didn’t matter as the view of the island was gorgeous! The condo was the perfect set-up for our family giving the boys their own bedroom and bathroom to share. The separate vanities were a plus for them! We enjoyed the extra amenities provided as well - the bikes, paddle board and surf board, and beach chairs and umbrella were all used and appreciated. Laundry upstairs was fabulous as well (something I don’t have at home). We would recommend this condo to anyone staying with young or adult children.
Great location with lots of amenities. Doreen is a great host and is super responsive and helpful. We had a little mishap when we arrived due to a mistake in their calendars but they were responsive and immediately took care of the situation. The complex is centrally located and absolutely stunning. We will return and hope we can stay here again.
Second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Highly recommend!
Our stay was amazing and the listing doesn't do this property justice. Convenient to everything the North Shore has to offer. The condo has nearly everything you need to enjoy Kauai.
Very nice accommodation in the perfect location. Very comfortable beds. I appreciated the basic kitchen food items that were allowed to remain from previous renters. Kitchen also well stocked with cooking utensils!!! Lots of ocean toys and beach chairs! I would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We had everything we could possibly need in this beautiful home. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and there was plenty of space, dishes, linens etc for everyone. Excellent location with restaurants only a 10-15 min walk or 5 min drive.
