This lovely 'hawaiian-style' 700 square foot studio features vaulted ceilings, a large tiled bathroom and a kitchen, as well as beautiful wood flooring throughout. It has a partial ocean view with nice trade winds on the private slate lanai. On-site parking is included.
The studio is detached from the main house, separated by a large yard and located upstairs above a garage. It has a private entrance and no shared walls. Nicknamed 'The Treehouse' due to the many surrounding trees and island-style landscaping.
Walk to historical Kalapawai market, Bob's Pizza, and Island Snow Shave Ice. You will feel like you're in paradise, surrounded by tropical trees and plants of all types.

The Treehouse is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and shops. Great jumping off point for island adventures or for just relaxing on the beach right out front. Will definitely be back!

Clean, well-designed efficiency unit above garage with windows on three sides and fans if you like living tropical, and a functional air conditioning unit if you like/need that. Very close to the beach; off a main road. Parking for one car. Owner available via messaging and pleasantly responsive. Just perfect for my trip.

This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!

Wonderful property, close to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there. One note, the Vizio entertainment system is satisfactory, however, I would have preferred to have some local Honolulu TV channels besides the Vizio System.

You'll never find a better place for a couple - inches from the most beautiful beach on Earth; a block from the iconic Kalapawai market for all your AM coffee and mid-day lunch and PM wine needs; super-comfy inside with a deck that gives you front-row seating for every marvelous Oahu Sunrise - can't wait to go back; grab this rental!!

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.

Hard to imagine a better place to stay in a beautiful studio with a nice deck with filtered ocean view and only about 30 yards to beach access path.

10/10 will definitely stay here again next time we're on Oahu. Just a short walk to the beach. So close we could see the water every morning on the great lanai while having bfast and coffee. Communication with Maureen was great. Quiet location/residential area. Has everything you need for your stay including things for the beach. A/C is a bonus.

This adorable unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, even all the beach toys like chairs, ice chest, beach towels, floaty toys and boogie boards! Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the very short walk down a private trail to a beach with the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay here while enjoying vacation and traveling for work. We teleworked from the property for a couple days and found the WiFi and setup to be great. The location is so close to the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. Short drive into Kailua for additional services.
Two things of note for others. The bed is on the softer side and there isn’t a dishwasher so dishes are hand washed. Whoever stayed before us did a so-so job with cleaning them, so we ended up having to rewash before using in some cases. In the scheme of things these were fairly minor and we loved staying here!
