Our little family spent unforgettable time on North Shore in Sebastyen’s home recently. This is our third time on North Shore, so we are somewhat familiar with the surroundings and have certain expectations. Also, we do not surf, we just swim and snorkel. We - myself and husband and 7 year old son - all agree that this is “the best house ever”. You can snorkel right from the beach in front of the house, while a safe and swimmable beach is just down a short walk down the shoreline. We would usually drive to Waimea beach every morning and then pigged out on Poke and grilled fish at the food trucks in Haleiwa. We enjoyed chilled mornings with a cup of coffee listening to the waves, as well as unforgettable sunsets and a glass of something slightly stronger than coffee in the evenings) The serenity of taking a dip in the hot tub watching the ocean, or taking outdoor showers after a long day at the beach is unsurpassable. In addition, Sebastyen has a great property manager who made the check-in and check-out process seamless, and was available at a moment’s notice when we had questions. Don’t look any further and rent this home <3

This place is what Hawaii is to me, wrapped up in a perfect home. Everything was well appointed. And the views, I can still hear the waves.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I don’t think the online photos really do it justice. The home was totally equipped with everything you could need. The property manager was super helpful and very responsive when we had an issue and got it resolved quickly. The outdoor area and view are the highlights of this gorgeous home. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was AHHMAAZZIINNGG! Exceeded our expectations and was so lovely being right on the beach. Our party of 4 adults and two kiddos (7 and 9) loved spending time at this comfortable and clean home. We cooked/BBQ’d most of our meals and was a great location to swim in the ocean. On the beach spectacular view and beautiful yard to hang out in. Amazing sunsets. Chelsea responded to all our needs quickly, took care of our one minor problem immediately.
The house amenities exceeded our needs.

Renting this property was amazing. Right on the beach, private access to beach, and well located on the North Shore. We were so happy to rent this property than stay in a hotel. We had an amazing time.
