This beautifully remodeled unit is located on the main level of a 2 story complex, accessible from a short walkway to it's private entrance. The walkway from the parking lot displays a variety of lush, tropical palms and flowers. The main bedroom boasts a Cal King bed, a HDTV and A/C. The second bedroom includes 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with view of water, a HDTV and A/C. With also having a pull-out sofa in the living room (that is queen size) , the condo comfortably sleeps six.
The unit is fully furnished including a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator & dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer for guests to use. Always wanted to learn to surf? Simply head across the street to the adored “Cove” where numerous surf instructors provide daily lessons to all age groups and skill levels. Or walk one block to Charlie Young beach/Kamaole I and enjoy one of the best swimming beaches on Maui.
As the most consistently sunny place on Maui, Kihei receives less than 13 inches of precipitation annually. There is no better area on the island to ensure a sunny vacation! Kihei is also known for its relaxed, local feel, however The Shores of Maui is only a short drive from upscale Wailea shops and resorts. You can go from beach casual to opulence in minutes!
On-site amenities include a solar heated pool, heated spa with jets, tennis court, covered outdoor dining area and modern barbeque grills. One parking stall is included in the rental.

We just loved staying at this location. It was very clean and was sufficient for my family of 4. Centrally located in Kihei and you are right across from the beach. If staying in Kihei again, we’d definitely choose this place.

My family really enjoyed this property, the proximity to the beach (2 min walk), the ocean breeze, nice patch of grass outside for the kids to play, and really nice pool with grill area. Really perfect stay, the Unit had everything we could hope for and more (snorkel gear, beach toys, lots of towels, etc.) and the host was especially attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was the perfect place for our first visit to Maui. From watching surfers from the lanai to ease of walking to nearby markets, the location was perfect. Unit is as advertised.

Close to beach and many restaurants and shops. Nice neighborhood. Clean place. AC definitely works. It was just a touch smaller than I thought it would be, but overall nice place. There were pickleball courts by the pool!

The condo was lovely, had a beautiful view. It was across the street from the beach, a stroll away from markets, eating places, coffee houses, paddle and surf board classes. The condo has everything we needed, beach accessories including towels and toys, coffee and tea, condiments, pots, pans, bath supplies, laundry supplies, basic seasonings, comfy furnishings inc. patio, TV with cable and streaming availability. It was everything I hoped for.

Loved our stay here. Both bedrooms were nice. We enjoyed the amazing view from our lanai, the ability to walk to beaches/restaurants/shops, and the swimming pool. We also played a round of tennis here which was fun. Would definitely return. Thank you!

This was a clean place with a pool steps away and lots of things walking distance from the front door. (South Maui Gardens Luau & Food trucks as well as lots of other shops and restaurants and gear rental). Beach chairs were provided as were towels. Also, reusable grocery sacks and a cooler bag! So helpful!!! We sat on the lanai to watch the waves and sunset so much.
Host was responsive.
We did get street noise at night (car stereos and motorcycles) - so if you’re really bothered by that, keep it in mind. It didn’t go too late. But we felt that is the compromise- beach views mean you’re on the street and it wasn’t really too bad. We didn’t have young kids, either so it was no problem.

Great condo (fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and sand toys ). Great location. Watched surfers all day long. Surf shop two doors down where you can rent boards. Lots of good eateries within walking distance.
180 degree unobstructed ocean view. Just like in pictures. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Tub in main bathroom was great for our grand daughter. Shower in principle bedroom ensuite was good. Floors are tiled with some turtle tiles that our crawling grand daughter loved lol. The only negative was that we (4 adults and our seven year old granddaughter frequently ran out of hot water during our showers.
Kitchen is well appointed. Fridge has ice maker. Three high end Weber bbqs by the pool. Pool area is clean and nice on a hot day. Hot tub also was nice. There is a pickle ball/tennis court there that we never did use.
There is some traffic noise as the main road is up front by the ground floor lanai. But not a big deal. We liked people/car watching.
All in all was a wonderful holiday experience. Would definitely stay again.

This clean, well located condo was ideal for our group of three. Other than food and toiletries you need nothing else for your stay in Kihei. Don’t miss the food trucks which are one block away. Jamie is a great host. There were no issues the entire week. Oh-did I mention the sea turtles that are within walking distance? To be fair there was road noise and the beach is rocky. I would still rent from Jamie again. Thanks Jamie.

Fantastic property, so many extra amenities like beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis rackets and even storage containers! It is such a great location, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Host is very responsive and reliable.
