Great view of the ocean and nice to be able walk out directly from the lanai to a grass area
Overall, a good location and nice complex. Good apartment gym if you want to get some exercise in. Easy to walk everywhere. Biggest complaint was the wifi and A/C. A/C is on a timer and only can last 4 hours at a time, so if you get hot sleeping - you will have to get up to turn back on in middle of night. Also, if you are working remote on your stay, the wifi wasn't very dependable for handling virtual meetings, etc.But overall, it was a convenient and easy place to stay. Would recommend for those looking to completely detach from work and just relax.
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very comfortable, inviting and very clean, had everything we needed for beach fun also a well stocked kitchen with an assortment of appliances. Sheryl, our Host, was always quick to respond to all of our messages. We definitely would stay here again.

Good location, close to great beaches. Owner supplies lots of great beach gear!! 2nd bathroom really cramped. The AC was on a timer. Had to be reset every 4 hours. This unit is not close to the pool. And the hot tub did not work.
Great location with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Liked that we were closer to the beach even within the property. Didn't love that the outdoor smoking section is right outside where you exit the property and by our parking. There must have been a mixup with the cleaners as when we arrived while the linens were clean and changed but the floors were sticky and dirty (had to clean) and there was no shampoo, toilet paper or soap. We had to go out and purchase our own. The cleaner did show up the next day with items (just walked in) and seemed confused about our check-in date.
Everything as pictured. Very clean. Great location and beautiful sunsets from patio. Well stocked. Beautiful grounds and nice to have free parking. Just a walk across the road and 3 beaches. Would stay again.
The unit was great and the owners answered all our questions quickly. The unit was beautiful and the location on the ground floor was awesome for kids to run out and play on the grass. Would definately recommend this property to others.
We loved the place on the ground floor. So close to the beach and many restaurants within walking or a short drive. We would definitely come here again
Excellent ground floor unit with nice ocean and sunset views. Unit is very well equipped for cooking your own meals and for day at the beach needs. We would stay in this unit again. As noted, the unit is near the end of the property for a very short walk to the beach. Minor traffic noise from the road wasn't an issue at all. 10/10 stay.

This vacation was all about the chill. Being right across from the beach and walking distance to many dining options, made the days easy and relaxing. Sheryl was super accommodating about our last minute request to add a night which allowed us to enjoy another full day before the gruelling red eye home.
The location of this unit was perfect - the view of the ocean was ideal, and the walk to the street or the pool were both nice and easy. The beach supplies in the unit were also very much appreciated - a wagon, toys, and more.
After a 2 week blissful stay at Kamaeole Sands, we are already missing our stay! This unit is situated very close to the beach access with lovely views of the manicured grounds. Sheryl was a great host - very responsive and addressed our needs very quickly. The unit was very well stocked and allowed us to truly “move in” and experience a seamless stay.
We will be back again!
