Because hard surfaces are easier to keep germ-free, we replaced the flooring throughout the condo with wood-look flooring (LVP) so you don't have to wonder if it's clean... You'll KNOW it's clean! Our newly remodeled kitchen awaits you, with new cabinets, granite countertops, and gorgeous backsplash! You'll feel right at home! A full bathroom remodel was recently completed, a brand new mini-split air conditioner, new furniture, and kitchen expansion was completed this year. We are certain you will love these updates as much as we do!

Is our condo a good fit for you? Good question! I look at hotels as having categories, and I think Vacation Rentals do, too. From a hotel perspective, I think of the categories as Motel 6, Best Western, Hilton, and Four Seasons. Budget/basic, Economy, Economy Plus, Luxury. I believe my condo fits between the Best Western and the Hilton. Better than basic, comfortable and clean, but not fancy. All the comforts of home, amenities to help you enjoy Maui, no need to bring a tux!

- This condo, it's attached lanai, AND the Maui Vista common areas are strictly NON-SMOKING. While Maui Vista does provide a smoking bench, no smoking OF ANY KIND is allowed anywhere on the property other than at the designated bench.
- The person making the reservation must be one of the registered guests. No reservations can be made for other people. Minimum age of primary guest is 25. No more than 4 guests are allowed. Guest's identity and the number of guests will be verified at check-in.

My husband and I have stayed at a few units in this complex and absolutely loved this one! The unit was well taken care of and was stoked with all the beach necessities. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and beaches, and the property managers were so easy to reach out to if anything came up. Would definitely stay here again for any future Kihei trips!

The apartment was well equipped and renewed. It is perfected located and central on Maui. The beaches are very near located and are one of the most beautiful. Contact with the owner was very friendly and helpful. There is terras with palms and the pool is perfect to relax and cool down:-) We (2 adults and 2 kids of 3 and 6) and enjoyed 8 days on Mai in a wonderful apartment.

The Apartment was clean and well equipped. The beach acces was right across the street and lots of nice cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Due to the location next to the parking lot it wasn’t very comfortable to sit outside in the evenings. We also had plenty of small ants and a big centipede in the apartment. It’s located on the ground floor so this can happen. Nevertheless we really enjoyed the stay in this cozy place.

We have always stayed in west Maui, but opted for south Maui this trip. This condo was perfect for us and Charley Young Beach is right across the street. Also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit was well stocked with beach supplies. Will definitely stay here again.

Really loved the location, ground floor in bldg 1 so just steps to beach & pool. Spent most our time on the large lanai which is a benefit of 1st floor.
The complex now has pickle ball in addition to tennis courts and the office will rent paddles at reasonable price.
King sized bed was a plus and very comfortable. Unit was well equipped with dishes & quality cookware. All the basics, included, laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom necessities included. A/C & fan in living area and fan in bedroom. All furniture very comfortable. Didn't need the A/ C much because no direct sun & fan in the bedroom was enough to keep it cool for sleeping.
Owner was very responsive, beach chairs were in poor condition and they delivered new ones the same day!
Will definately book this unit again in the future.

We loved our stay in this rental unit. It was clean, stocked with beach gear, and being on the ground level was so easy. Short walk to Kam 1,2,3 beaches where we saw turtles, snorkeled, and played for hours. There's a bedroom, hide-a-bed, and air mattress that worked great for our family. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui again thanks in large part to the location and amenities in this condo. We chose this place because of the location across from Charlie Young Beach and bc of the amenities provided in the condo, namely W/D, Keurig, AC and beach toys. Once we checked we were pleasantly surprised by the large flatscreen, goodies, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything was clean, orderly and functional, and it was just as described. We've stayed at Maui Vista Condo before, but this was the first time we had a ground floor unit and it won't be the last; it was far more convenient than an upper floor unit, especially when you're bringing in groceries. The only downside to the ground floor, which was minor, was that everyone walking could see us unless the curtains were drawn. Overall, my family had a terrific time at this unit. The owners were very helpful and accommodating to changes and I'd happily stay here again.

I have a tough time giving 5 stars, but this one was close. Communication with Marie was seamless and the location was perfect. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee, and Charlie Young beach. The lānai was my favorite part, coffee with book in the morning & a book with scotch in the evening. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Mahalo for helping to make our trip the best that it could be.

I booked at last minute, decided to attend my 55th high school reunion (Baldwin ‘68). Sadly no family left on island so have to rent accommodations. I’ve stayed at several units over the years, but this was by far the best. Marie has excellent taste & a great contractor (her husband). Maui Vista itself is one of the older complexes, but this unit is freshly redone and done well with good components & materials.
What impressed me over and over was her attention to detail in design & in provisions: Keurig coffee maker & pods, bags of Maui coffee & coffee maker. A basket filled with snacks.
It was perfect for my wife and I.
