DREAMING OF HAWAII? We invite you to stay at our family-owned Maui Vista condo (Building One, unit 124) in sunny, South Maui. This one bedroom, one bathroom 1st floor condo is across the street from Kamaole I beach, aka Charley Young Beach, one of the best beaches on all of Maui.

Arrive and be immediately taken in by the comfortable island décor of this lovely condo. Many of the framed photos hanging throughout the condo were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Go explore and find YOUR paradise!

Because hard surfaces are easier to keep germ-free, we replaced the flooring throughout the condo with wood-look flooring (LVP) so you don't have to wonder if it's clean... You'll KNOW it's clean! Our newly remodeled kitchen awaits you, with new cabinets, granite countertops, and gorgeous backsplash! You'll feel right at home! A full bathroom remodel was recently completed, a brand new mini-split air conditioner, new furniture, and kitchen expansion was completed this year. We are certain you will love these updates as much as we do!

We loved our stay in this rental unit. It was clean, stocked with beach gear, and being on the ground level was so easy. Short walk to Kam 1,2,3 beaches where we saw turtles, snorkeled, and played for hours. There's a bedroom, hide-a-bed, and air mattress that worked great for our family. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui again thanks in large part to the location and amenities in this condo. We chose this place because of the location across from Charlie Young Beach and bc of the amenities provided in the condo, namely W/D, Keurig, AC and beach toys. Once we checked we were pleasantly surprised by the large flatscreen, goodies, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything was clean, orderly and functional, and it was just as described. We've stayed at Maui Vista Condo before, but this was the first time we had a ground floor unit and it won't be the last; it was far more convenient than an upper floor unit, especially when you're bringing in groceries. The only downside to the ground floor, which was minor, was that everyone walking could see us unless the curtains were drawn. Overall, my family had a terrific time at this unit. The owners were very helpful and accommodating to changes and I'd happily stay here again.

This rental was perfect for our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. It was so close to the beach and shops and we loved being able to walk to Charlie young or to a restaurant on south Kihei.

I have a tough time giving 5 stars, but this one was close. Communication with Marie was seamless and the location was perfect. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee, and Charlie Young beach. The lānai was my favorite part, coffee with book in the morning & a book with scotch in the evening. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Mahalo for helping to make our trip the best that it could be. Rico & Beba

I booked at last minute, decided to attend my 55th high school reunion (Baldwin ‘68). Sadly no family left on island so have to rent accommodations. I’ve stayed at several units over the years, but this was by far the best. Marie has excellent taste & a great contractor (her husband). Maui Vista itself is one of the older complexes, but this unit is freshly redone and done well with good components & materials. What impressed me over and over was her attention to detail in design & in provisions: Keurig coffee maker & pods, bags of Maui coffee & coffee maker. A basket filled with snacks. It was perfect for my wife and I.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was fully furnished and our favorite part was all of the beach supplies available for us. The kitchen was just remodeled and was perfect for our family. The back patio was a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Thanks again for hosting us.
