OUR WHITES SANDS VILLAGE CONDO IS ON BEAUTIFUL ALII DRIVE JUST ACROSS FROM ONE OF KONA'S MOST POPULAR SANDY BEACHES! A great view from our large covered lanai of the bay and beach. The sound of the waves breaking will lull you to sleep at night! With the private tennis courts, snorkeling, boogie boarding and whale/dolphin watching, this condo truly is a vacationers paradise !!
Located in the front section of the pristine Kona White Sands Village. The condo matches its environment, with a King Bed in the Master Bedroom (plus TV), twin beds (convertible to a King) in the other bedroom, separated by 2 full bathrooms. We're on the third floor, where the views are the best, with the elevator close by (right next to our covered parking space).
We take pride in keeping our condo fresh looking and clean. We have a Samsung large 55' flat screen Smart TV, Sony Stereo, washer, dryer and furnishings for your enjoyment! We have a variety of sand toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, ice cooler, beach umbrella, 4 Tommy Bahama backpack type sand chairs and beach towels for your use.

“Our stay at Joanne and Randy`s place was fantastic and very welcoming. When we booked Joanne contacted us to make sure all of our questions were answered. The layout and location of the condo is excellent, clean and well maintained. You are right across the street from White Sands Beach. The parking is right beside the elevator and the suite on the third floor is also. The condo seemed very sound proof with a view of the beach from the entrance and a view of the pool from the excellent, large, well equipped lanai. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, the King size bed is very comfortable. Nice bathrooms with personal touches and wonderful laundry facilities. The closet is stocked with all sorts sport and beach equipment plus you get a choice of coolers which we loved for our day trips. The AC worked great and there is a huge TV for watching at night. We put 800 miles on our rental car in 4 days, started off by stocking up at Costco and then ventured forth taking in the sunset on top of 14,000 foot Mauna Kea and then a stargazing tour at the Visitor Centre, hiked to see amazing lava flows then visited the Pu`u Loa Petroglyphs and the Kahaualea volcano crater. The place was excellent. We loved the location near White Sands Beach. It was close enough to the Downtown Kona area and the Kahaluu Beach Park where we did most of our snorkeling. All amenities that one would expect were provided and things you also my have not have expected. They were beach chairs and boogie boards and coolers. I think the was snorkel gear also but we had our own and did not use theirs. The washer and dryer were a big plus (laundry detergent was provided also). Wi-Fi was excellent. One hiccup with the TV/Cable (The system seemed to reset and took about 10 minutes to work after that. But who goes to Hawaii to watch TV anyways.
The host checked in with us via telephone the second day to make sure everything was satisfactory.

So convenient and across from a great beach and our favorite restaurant of the trip. Closet full of beach chairs, snorkels, etc was perfect!

We stayed 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed more. This cozy apartment is clean, well organized, and stocked with everything a family needs at home and to enjoy the beach. Magic Sands Beach is across the street… small, but pristine. We were in a perfect location to enjoy the Kona Waterfront shops and restaurants to the South, and major sites to the North. And not too far from the airport. Big Island was our big surprise in Hawaii; having traveled to both Kauai and Oahu on this trip, we did not expect to love Big Island the most. But that is largely because Joanne communicated thoroughly and warmly, and made us feel like it was our Hawaii home-away-from-home. We even enjoys sunset views with a nice bottle of Chardonnay that was left for us. Hoping to return someday!

This property is wondeful has all the comforts of home and more. The owners are wonderful checking in to make sure all is good was so appreciated. Will definitely book here again on return trip.

Wow, where to start! We had a bit of trouble finding it because it was dark, but it was worth any angst. It’s close to the airport, close to restaurants, shops, activities, and the beach! The view from the lanai and the front entrance are wonderful, in fact, we even saw a couple of whales from the lanai. As far as the lanai, it is such a delightful sanctuary, complete with table, longe chairs, couch, and drying rack without feeling crowded!
The condo itself was spotlessly clean, in fact the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever rented. It is tastefully decorated and the BEST equipped kitchen possible. It had everything from coffee grinder to water filter pitcher in fridge..
There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, along with plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc.
Thank you JoAnne and Randy for a truly unforgettable stay in Kona!!!
PS, there was even a welcome gift!! Never before have we had this unless we’ve ordered it! Thoughtful hosts!!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, being close to town and with a wonderful beach right across the road. Unfortunately the construction beside the beach was very noisy and started at 7:00 most days. Hopefully it will be completed by the time we come back in January 2024. We are so happy we found your condo.

Excellently appointed apartment- all the beach and kitchen supplies we could need. Awesome location across from a great beach. Clean and nicely decorated. The hosts thought of everything. So glad we stayed here.

I am so happy to have found this little gold mine condo. So many extras make this a home away from home. The beach gear was so useful and appreciated. Like many others have said, it is hard to leave this place when the time comes. I hope to return some day and would definately want to stay here again.
