Amazing view! Entire “front” of unit is windows. Being able to open areas between the master bedroom and living area made the space to feel very roomy. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Need a new coffee maker and blender. Loved the sunsets. Great location!

I have rented condos in different cities 8 times. This condo is the best of them all. Very roomy, laid out very nicely. Covered parking and Kona Trolley stops across the street to take to downtown Kona. So much better than the pictures show. Definitely highly recommend and Dana is easy to work with. Thank you, Dana, for sharing your home with us.

This condo was well stocked, super clean and just what we were after for our family trip. Being right on the ocean was incredible, being able to watch super talented surfers all day and sunsets in the evening. The complex is quiet, clean, and only about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There’s also a super convenient cash only convenience store across the street and a few restaurants and and open air market all within a short walk or drive. We’d love to stay here again at some point.

The unit is lovely and the king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and essential items were on hand. The parking was a little challenging due to the pillars. Lots of homeless people around the area.
