The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.

Everyone in our party loved this house. It is on a very quiet lane, so no road noise, and is steps to the beach. The house is very attractive and affords lots of room for getting together and for privacy. It came well supplied with basics and all the appliances are top quality. The house is very close to all necessary shopping and other lovely beaches.

We loved this home! Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Beautiful home, high- end appliances, very comfortable. The only negative is the 3rd bedroom is not air conditioned. We had an adult and a 17 year old in this room- and they made it work with fans and the A/C in the living room on high at night. Overall a great home and a very relaxing vacation!

This is a large, spacious home with lots of room for Family gatherings. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to the small town and other beaches.
The home is a bit worn out from all of the rentals and needs some deep cleaning and TLC. Nothing bad, but it’s obvious. This could be a high class listing if it were well maintained.
An additional note...the entire house has woven wood shades for window coverings. Unfortunately they have large open slats. This means if you have small babies, toddlers or children, the bedrooms are still BRIGHT from outside light; when they are supposed to go to bed. There are too many windows in each bedroom to bring your own traveling black out shades.
The obvious kids room we used would have needed 6-7 blackout shades.
Overall an enjoyable experience and property. I hope the owner will have all of the TLC items repaired before the next guests arrive.
We would definitely rent again from this property.
A note for the owner...please take down all of the Arlo cameras. It’s creepy to know you are watching guests.

The home was beautiful, as portrayed in the website. Furnished with just about everything you would need. There were a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly. However, the pool was dirty and smelly on our arrival day and was not useable until 4 days before our departure. The pool was instrumental in our decision to rent..very disappointed that we were not able to use it from the very beginning of our stay.

The house is well appointed and suited the needs of our family perfectly. The pool was perfect for my 6 year old daughter and the proximity to the beach is ideal.
