This well-maintained one bedroom/one bathroom at the end of the hall condo unit is in The Maui Vista Complex in Building 1 Floor 3 around the side from South Kihei Rd. Recently installed Bamboo flooring. New Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, New Air Conditioners, Cooktop Stove, Convection/Microwave/Air Fryer Oven, and an On-demand Water Heater. Though in Building 1, there is no direct South Kihei Road traffic noise! Across the road is Charlie Young Beach leading into Kama Olé Beach Park #1. There are pools, tennis courts, and well-maintained barbecue areas for each building. The entire property has been landscaped with tropical plants and flowers. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo. For any who may enjoy having an alcoholic libation, not driving a car may be a wise move on Maui where the police are quite stringent. The Cove Beach and Kalama Beach Parks are close by as well; where many go to take lessons to surf, paddle-board and snorkel....

Kevin’s condo was great! It had all the amenities once could need for a beach trip and is right across the street from a beautiful beach and in the heart of Kihei , close to many great places to eat.
Kevin was extremely helpful during the entire process and prompt in all his responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Looks exactly like pictures, close to beach, convenient parking. They give you free maui coffee beans with grinder and coffee machine. Ice trays are available to make ice. There is window A/C unit in the living room and bedroom

The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk, and we were there every day! It’s also walking distance, or a super short drive, from a lot of great places to eat in Kihei! Kevin was a wonderful host who was communicative, attentive, and detailed. He provided as much as he could, information and amenities wise, to ensure we’d have a great time staying at his place.
If I’m back in Maui, I would want to stay here again!

apt well appointed. Even including beach towels/chairs etc. 3 min. walk to the beach. Nice view from balcony. Very nice.

Great stay for a week on Maui. Our 1st time staying in Kihei. Unit was well-stocked with everything, close to beach and all amenities, kids enjoyed the pool. Beautiful sunsets on the lanai! Kevin was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

my friend and i had a wonderful stay in kevin’s condo. it was just as described and very conveniently located to everything. just a few steps away were paths to the beach and great places to eat. we saw a most beautiful sunset our first night from
the beach! kevin was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. the condo was comfortable, clean and met our needs for the trip. as others have stated, we highly recommend it. it was also no problem parking. thank you

The best communication, a super clean condo in an excellent location - right across the street from the beach! We watched sunsets from the balcony, and had everything we could need. Thank you for helping our Maui vacation be so wonderful!
