We had such a great stay and the room was more than expected. We sent for the ocean, and the room was more than adequate especially for the location and price.
My niece and I stayed at the property. Jennifer responded immediately to any issues we had (mostly our fault). She was a great host.

My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into her adorable studio. My girlfriend was a bit concerned that it would be too small, but it was prefect. The studio had very nice decor, a nice clean bathroom, a small fridge, and microwave. That was all we needed.
It was located at the very end of the complex which kept things quiet. We got it for a great price. We would recommend this place to anybody. Enjoy!
We had the best time in Kihei, and this apartment was no exception. Absolutely amazing location and amenities - the apartment had everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bag and icepacks, etc). And the kitchenette system was perfect - a fridge for leftovers and drinks, a microwave to heat them up and paper plates utensils condiments to top it off. Plus, I loved the little leftover pile of lotions, sunscreen and other products by other guests. You feel the love! Jennifer was also a great host. We would absolutely stay here again. For those who are worried about the cigarette smoke mentioned by others, it is very faint and Jennifer already has an air purifier and an air freshener set up to help. I am pretty sensitive to smoke but it didn't bother me much and my nose would forget about it very quickly. I would just get a faint whiff when coming home and it was more in the bathroom, which I did not spend that much time in. Don't let it deter you! Just book this place!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s property. This studio is the perfect space for a couple traveling together. The location is very ideal—close to beaches, parks, and lots of food options. Having South Maui Gardens next door was a huge plus! Jennifer provided beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, and even sunscreen, which was very helpful and considerate. She even dropped by to give us some delicious coffee for our stay! The one thing we didn’t particularly like about the property was the cigarette smoke that came through the bathroom vent. It was hard to get the smell to go away and being people with allergies, it was hard to ignore. Overall, the place was great and Jennifer was very accommodating and nice. She even let us check out late. We would love to stay again!
My stay started great, Jennifer reached out to welcome us via text and getting in was no problem. Unfortunately, upon walking into the property, there was a very strong smell of plug in wall freshener to the extent that I had to unplug it because it was giving me a headache. Later in the day, I realized why it was there. The room and bathroom absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I reached out to the host and she explained that there was a smoke area underneath and that we could check out and receive a refund. I saw the smoking area and it was a considerable distance away from the room, I’m guessing the culprit was a neighbor smoking and that smoke was absolutely flooding into the room. As it was early January, there was not a chance to find somewhere to stay the day of. The smell of stale cigarettes was very overwhelming, even with the air purifier running. The accommodation itself was sanitary and clean but as someone who is just sensitive to odors, I wish there was a disclaimer on the listing.
Jenn is a perfect host. We really appreciated the location to water, airport, Haleakalā , Road to Hana , west Coastline Road and Lahaina, whale watching, airport and FOOD TRUCK PARK. The Kihei Fish House is down the street. The picture is a true depiction of the room. Bedroom and bathroom. We ate out except for cereal breakfasts in the room. walk
Host was very communicative and helpful. Gave us heads up on activities around the area. Apartment is near many food trucks and other dining options - all walkable. Plus it has a TV to netflix and chill. Easy and convenient parking too. The room was clean and tidy. Has many beach towels, an umbrella stand, and beach chairs. Great stay!!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Despite not having a kitchen area, it was very well-equipped and functional. We had access to utensils, plates, ice packs in the fridge we borrowed for day trips, board games and even beach chairs! Jennifer was furthermore very responsive and amenable. She helped us navigate disruptions due to construction during our stay, was ready to provide anything we needed, gave us awesome recommendations for what to do in the area and even offered us some delicious pineapple wine. The location was the cherry on top. South Maui Gardens is such a gem, and we were close to so many beaches. The parking was also very convenient.

Location is perfect. 10 mins away from Wailea and 20 mins away from Kahului. Kihei Food truck was right beside us too.

This place is located next to the South Maui Gardens (a super zen and cool area with lots of eating options). It was a very convenient location. Parking was easy. The bed was comfortable. There is a small a/c unit to help cool off when it's super hot. There was a faint smoking smell coming from the adjacent unit. There's an air purifier that helps with this. It was convenient having a cabinet full of toiletries, sunscreen, aloe, etc. to use. There's a closet full of beach gear to use including a beach umbrella, chairs, pool noodles, cooler bag, etc. The place is small, but had everything we needed and was exactly as listed/described.
I gave all 5 stars except for the overall rating only for one reason. Everything was perfect. Jennifer delivered everything as she said it would be. I enjoyed the entire stay. If I could have changed one thing it would be this: I could smell cigarette smoke. I'm pretty sure the whole building is smoke free so my guess is that the person next door to me violated that. Also, I could easily smell when that same person microwaved popcorn every other night. That might not bother most people but it did bother me. Other than those issues, I had a wonderful experience.
I would definitely come back and reserve this place again
Our host Jennifer went above and beyond to make our stay was as comfortable as possible. She had everything we needed for our stay and was super friendly and flexible. Everything was laid out exactly as pictured and was spotless. Jennifer you’re amazing! 🙂
Side note: there is a neighbor that smoked often during our stay, but Jennifer provided us with a air purifier and febreeze to deter the smell. We were always out, so this didn’t affect my partner and I as much.
Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars.
Place is fairly small and not much in the way of a kitchen. Coffee maker was a pod maker so we were not able to use our ground coffee, but the host provided enough coffee pods for our stay which was nice. There was no kettle or toaster, but we asked and the host drop off a toaster for us.
It was a good location though for us to branch out on our drives around Maui. All in all worth the price
Right next to the ocean/park, as well as South Maui Gardens with so many great cuisine options. Also a perfect location to get to many other parts of the island. The host was so responsive, and even was able to help us when we were in a bind. Highly recommend!

We actually left a couple boogie boards and a basketball for those who go next so enjoy :) it’s small, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and be comfortable it’s great. Shower is super big and nice. My only thing (it didn’t bother me or my partner and it’s not Jennifer’s fault it’s just being in Maui - there are super tiny little bugs that sometimes were on the bathroom sink) again didn’t bother us but if you hate bugs I would probably do a hotel. Also she provides coffee machine and pods! Lovely stay, thanks so much!
I couldn't have asked for a better location and the space was perfect for my needs. Then owner, Jennifer, was really kind and helpful whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this listing and will certainly be back!
Stayed for a week and the location is amazing, so many shops and places to eat at near by. There’s a food truck park very close that we visited a few times. Also less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
We will absolutely be coming back here. We stayed for 5 days for a wedding in december and had an amazing trip. The room is small but full of everything you need plus extras we werent expecting which were very convenient and saved us from having to purchase them elsewhere (which we had planned to already). A great room for a single person or a couple who want to be close to dining, the beach, shopping, groceries, and basically whatever you need.
This property was perfect for our needs. Lots of eating options walking distance away. Right next door there is a place called south kihei gardens with plenty of food trucks and live music. The room was clean cozy and had a very nice shower. The host provided beach chairs towels and a portable ice chest.plus if you forgot anything theres a cabinet in the bathroom stocked with shampoos and stuff. Beach is right across the street too. Host was great about answering any questions through text or call.

This studio is perfect for a couple that intends to actively enjoy and explore the island and needs a place to rest comfortably. It is clean, and it includes everything needed for down time, such as a cozy bed with extra sheets, a bathroom with plenty of towels for the shower and beach, a spacious closet, television with streaming apps, a small fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, Keurig, etc. I also appreciated the provided parking and the quiet atmosphere, which was surprising since it’s located in the center of a popular location, Kihei. The host, Jennifer, is very friendly and responsive. When we plan our next visit to Maui, we are planning to reach out to Jennifer to book her studio again!
My wife and I stayed 7 nights in mid-April. The room and amenities are accurately described. Highly recommend for 1 or 2 persons. Will likely return in the future.
This is in a wonderful location across the street from the beach and a park as well as walking distance to many market places, restaurants, shopping areas. The host is so helpful and kind. Thank you :)
