This beautiful home has it all - 2500 square feet of indoor living including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring. This home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.

• The Upstairs Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower with 2 Queen Beds.
• The Downstairs Master Bedroom has 1 King king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a stone shower, a soaking tub, and direct lanai access.
• The Downstairs 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and direct lanai access.
• The Downstairs 4th Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a walk-in closet, and direct lanai access.

THE GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING AT THIS HOME.

Parking at this property is limited to the driveway only. 2 normal-size cars will fit on the driveway. The garage at this home is reserved for the owner. Additional parking is close by at the Rec Center if needed.

You are steps away from the KaMilo Recreation Center. 3 pools, 2 spas, Fitness Center, and Gathering Pavilion on 3 acres of land.

Private Beach Access
The Mauna Lani Owner's Beach Club is a quick drive down the street. Grab beach gear and beach towels (all supplied) and head to your sandy oasis for swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling, kayaking, and a whole variety of beach activities.

Read a book or take a snooze in one of the dozens of covered lounge chairs available for the guests of the resorts (first come, first served). When thirst or hunger calls, a full-service restaurant awaits mere steps from the beach and will tempt you with a tasty menu and specialty tropical beverages as you soak up the ocean views and the occasional breaching whale.

Ancient Fish Ponds are adjacent to the Beach Club, where you can spend hours studying how the ancient Hawaiians farmed the local fish.

Everything was as expected. Having beach toys and loads of beach towels was a nice touch. Could use a few more signs in unit for things like how to use the AV systen, and a bit more about recycling (which it doesn't seem is a thing there).

Our family completely enjoyed the spacious house, beach club and nearby beaches. Thank you for making this house available for us to all come together.

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Steps away from the pool and recreation area and access to a beach that delighted all members of our family. The home was well equipped and the host was very responsive to our needs. They had every beach item imaginable for fun and recreation. The only downside was that the pool water was a bit cold. Unfortunately I think the manager has nothing to d with that! We would return to this property and recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at the property and the resort area. The small beach and recreation area were perfect for our two young grandchildren as well as for the adults who enjoyed the snorkeling and the gym. The property was spacious for our group of eight, and very well stocked, including items for the youngest guest. Mike was very prompt with dealing with any issues encountered at the property. Would consider staying again depending on the size and age of our group.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with the home. The unit had great access to the swimming pool and was in walking distance to the ocean and shops, etc. I liked the fact that you were close to the market, coffee shops, and other stores but that they were 1/2 mile away. The home was in good operating shape and was beautiful. The kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas perfectly accommodated our party of 11. The swimming pool gate was approximately 100 yards from our front door and there is a nice pavilion for use. Overall, it is a wonderful place and I would use it again when going back to the Big Island. The home could use a deep cleaning, baseboards and entryway to the home as well as the outdoor area near the laundry facilities. It is also time to replace the propane grill. Very happy with the unit, I would rate it a 9 of 10. Mahalo,Hank

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families stay at KaMilo 202 was wonderful. Even with 7 adults, two children and a baby, the house felt spacious and was well equipped. This unit is a very short walk to the pools and hot tub. The house was very clean and the provided beach towels and gear along with a nice cooler made our travels much easier. We really enjoyed the lanai and used the nice bbq'r a couple of times during our stay. While the views from the lanai are limited to the well landscaped backyard it was very peaceful and quite. Mike and the owners were very helpful and nice!

The property is located across from the pools, rec center & gym. If we ever need anything Mike got it taken care of right away.
