SPACIOUS 1200sq. ft. 1bedroom/1bath Villa is beautiful, fully furnished and in a QUIET location in the Resort. This resort has everything you need-Pools, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurant, Sauna, jacuzzi's, volleyball, list goes on and on!!
Some features of the Villa are end unit, ocean views. This villa has quick access to the quiet Adult pool and those with children the larger pool is just a short walk within the resort.
The unit has one bedroom (14'x14') The bathroom (14'x9')features a Tub Shower Combo-large soaking tub, double vanities and a bidet. The large galley kitchen has all appliances and including a pantry, spice cabinet. The unit has a desk and work space for the business traveler. A large living room (14x15), dining room (14x15) and lanai (29'x13') complete the layout.

The bathroom says it all..... Who has carpet in the bathroom? it is the only place I have ever rented that I kept my shoes on when entering.
Kitchen appliances need to be replaced as well.

The condo is well located, both within the complex (right behind the QUIET adult pool) and also within the neighborhood. We were very close to the golf course club house and within walking distance of a large shopping center.
The condo itself is large, well furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed, and a large washer and dryer too! The owner, Shawn, kept in touch and was eager to be of service in any way. The lanai was large, the perfect spot to eat meals and enjoy the weather.
