Kihei was the perfect location for our family vacation. Lots of close by amenities and amazing sunset viewing at Kamaole beach every night within walking distance. We can’t say enough about this amazing condo. We’re already planning another trip back!
We love the Maui Banyan and this was our first time in this unit. It was beautiful and it had everything we needed. Mattress and pillows were very comfy and we were just fine using the ceiling fans rather than the A/C. We loved waking up to the birds chirping and watching all the deer in the lot next to the property. I had a small prblem connecting to the wi-fi and contacted Joni directly. She was so warm and understanding and got us up and running right away. We will back!
We love staying in Kihei and this was our favorite rental yet. The location was fantastic, the lanai was private with amazing views. We watched a family of deer everyday in the garden area! The A/C worked well and the ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected treat. The bed was super comfortable and having two bathrooms was something we didn't even know we needed!

Property was great and was accurately portrayed. The location is great for walking to beaches, restaurants and shops. The beaches in Wailea are spectacular and are only a 10 min drive away.
Easy to get anywhere on the island from this condo. We loved having two bathrooms to make getting ready a breeze!
The condo is newly renovated and well maintained. Furniture and appliances were very nice and comfortable. Great location with the beach across the street and many restaurants/stores within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The location was great and the condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and we loved having two bathrooms. We loved that there were beach towels and a cooler for us to use. We got a lot of use out of those! We could also see Haleakala and the ocean from our balcony.
The condo grounds were very well maintained and there are two very nice pool areas. Each has a pavilion and multiple Weber gas grills that were a nice bonus.
Joni was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach watched every sunset the chirping of the birds in the morning being able to see the ocean and the mountain at sunrise. It’s a great location. Property pool is close by parking is a plus can’t wait to come back very clean.
This is a very nicely layed out condo, quiet, on the garden side so private and shady.
Everything you need is provided, beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, boogie board. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and glasses, and appliances.
We stayed at Joni’s property and found it in a great location. It was in walking distance of several beach and restaurants. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and we would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean. Having the second bathroom was a bonus. There was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. Lovely view out the lanai. Plenty of pots and pans to cook meals. We would definitely stay here again. The location was close to grocery stores.
We had an amazing stay! Property location was so perfect for everything. Bed very comfortable. Second bathroom such a plus with 2 women. Each had our own. The property next door is so nice for view and privacy. Seen deer in the morning and evening go by most of the days. The view of mountain was so pretty. There is a view of the ocean maybe not ocean front but still nice to be able to see. Joni was so accommodating in all matters. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.
