Aloha Rhonda- We truly enjoyed our stay at this perfect island home. It was beautiful, close to everything, great views, nice screened in deck, comfortable furnishings, plus it had a lot of beach equipment! We will definitely return! Mahalo for everything!
My family of 5 and I had a wonderful stay in Princeville. Plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful home. In addition, the house is so well-stocked; kitchen essentials, beach gear, towels, laundry soap, etc. We were able to walk just about anywhere, including to coffee in the morning and beaches in the afternoon. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered all my questions. I would definitely book this property again and would recommend it highly to anyone staying in the Princeville area.
A truly wonderful property. Great location, very roomy and well provisioned. But the gem is the screened in porch. It was so nice to eat dinner on the porch each evening and no bugs or mosquitos. While there is no A/C, it's not needed, the ceiling fans and overall temperatures on Kauai keep the house comfortable. Highly recommend and we'll look to stay here on our next vacation to this island.
We love staying in this part of Princeville for walking around and to Princeville Center. The property manager was wonderfully responsive. The house is not luxurious, but very cozy and comfortable.
Excellent location on the golf course. Home was stocked with all the necessary beach items for days of fun. The three bedroom/three bathrooms makes it great for large families. The rooms are spacious with plenty of cross flow for comfortable temps. The garage access makes keeping the house free of sand and toys easy! Lovely stay, we will be back.
This place was great. Had everything we wanted from sand toys to surf boards. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The beaches were close and the tubing was amazing.
The house was fantastic and in a great location. Rhonda was very helpful with recommendations for beaches, dining and activities. The prices were stale in the system and I am still trying to even up with Rhonda. Overall, a very good experience!
We were a family of 4 and we liked this place a lot. In fact my little one complained it was too big (lol) . My hubby is already wanting to book this place again. Itās awesome that they have every water sports you can think of, We wish could have stayed longer. We really didnāt cook but, there are so many extra stuff that youāll need for cooking that you can use. Clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive. . This place is highly recommended. I hope they donāt increase their price as it is fairly priced. 5 star plus....
Although we were on island to work, this rental was everything we needed to enjoy our few days off. The location was great and the house was everything we could want.
Beautiful updated home perfect for three couples since all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Picture windows overlooked the golf course. Great neighborhood for walking or running in the mornings; walk to the beach, short drive to other beaches and places to eat. Had a great time!
We have visited Kauai multiple times and always stay in Princeville. This home was the perfect location for the activities and beaches that we like to frequent. Three full bathrooms were a definite plus. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was nothing that we needed that we could not find.
The landscaping was beautiful.
We were a little disappointed that only one of the beach umbrellas was useable - the others were all broken, and the cooler available had an odor that kept us from putting food and beverages in there for the beach. Had we not counted on them knowing they were there, we would have purchased at Walmart in Lihue for less than we had to spend in Princeville. That being said, there were still plenty of items made available for our use that we really enjoyed and many houses offer nothing at all.
I would absolutely stay in this house again!
What a comfortable home with all the amenities a family reunion could want. We really appreciated the "beach toys" that were available to use. The quietness was only punctuated occasionally with the local bird population sounds - which we loved to hear (never saw or heard roosters crow, however).
The only thing we would suggest would to add a waffle maker to the beautifully remodeled kitchen
We were 4 adults, 1 teen and two small children - and had plenty of space. The location is great for north shore excursions, plenty of beaches nearby. The house was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped (though with 7 people we ran out of silverware after every meal and had to do dishes immediately - but that's nit picking) - beach toys, boogie and surf boards, umbrellas, chairs, games, DVDs, proper cooking knives, laundry detergent, plenty of beach towels, condiments, etc. - you name it - it was all there.
Marvelous views of the golf course and the mountains. The screened in lanai was perfect, too - we ate here every meal, used the BBQ a couple of times, and sat here after dinner playing games and sipping our drinks. I hope we will be back on day! Mahalo!!
In reserving this property I did not dig deep enough to find out if it was a one story house or two, furthermore in December I E-mailed the owner asking to extent our stay one more day. She responded that it would not be a problem. I decided to check our reservations one month before we were to leave and she wrote me back that she had made a mistake and she had booked a family on the day she ok'ed for us to stay. She said she would look for a place for us to stay, I also started looking. To make a long story short, she said there was a place in Kapaa. I found a place in Princeville on my own and told her this fact she responded thanking me. Here is my grievance this was a retirement vacation for me after working 40 years, this was supposed to be special, but not only did we have to go through the trouble of finding a place in the area that we wanted to vacation in, but on arrival I found it had two flights of stairs to get to the main part of the house, I am partially disabled and subsequently fell down the stairs on the day we arrived fracturing two ribs and braking two toes and receiving several lacerations. This laid me up for two weeks and getting up and down stairs for me was next to impossible. My point is that it was a major inconvenience to have to pack up all our belongings, find a place, move on the day before we were supposed to come back, we essentially lost a day of our vacation there should have been at the very least a small discount of some kind.
This home exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the beautiful breezes. The home was perfectly appointed for comfort. We were on a business trip, however we noticed all of the beach supplies and bikes... The neighborhood was central to shops and restaurants.
