Everything about condo was as described. Overlooked Shipwreck Beach and the lovely grounds of the Grand Hyatt resort. Beautiful setting for sure! Lovely Poipu beach is just down the road with plenty of sunbathing turtles and a monk seal on one of the days. Little Fish Coffee also just down the road is great place for coffee and an açaí bowl.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The lanai was a perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails! I have to say, I miss the sounds of the ocean and the amazing breeze. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. It was quite easy to settle in our "home away from home" for 10 days. The three flights of stairs were as others mentioned, something to be noted. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, but only two beach towels. You may want to pack more if that's a concern for you. Would definitely stay here again Truly a little piece of paradise!

The view was amazing. Location was perfect. We would stay here again. The breeze was wonderful with windows open the entire visit.
Totally loved our stay here! A beautiful setting, beautiful views out on the private lanai, wonderful sounds, and a great place to stay! Just keep in mind it is up 3 flights of stairs, but that was not an issue at all for us! Would absolutely stay here again!
We loved our stay! The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and we so appreciated the beach chairs and mat for our use. Do note that the kitchen has all of the appliances, cookware, plates, etc, but there are no seasonings (including salt and pepper) or cooking oils so grab some at the Safeway on your way in if you intend to cook!

Loved our stay, actually tried to stay a few days longer! The condo was great, lots of kitchen stuff for cooking in. Views are amazing. Will re book another time. Sad the vacation is over
Close to Popui shopping village with nice restaurants and souvenirs. The property host was very responsive to our needs. So fun. We hope to come again.
This place has everything you want in a Kauai condo especially the oceanfront view with a huge lanai. Everything you need from the kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. If you are considering any other place and this is available you are missing out.
Wonderful stay. Decor and some hardware are getting a little tired (salt air) but that’s not why you are there. Ocean sounds and views are very special. Be warned three flights of stairs (no elevator) if you have any movement impediments. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Kauai. South is a great central location, and you can’t beat the views at this place. Kitchen and condo is well stocked. Loved the beach chairs, towels, and 2 coolers. Only drawback was no A/C. We had no wind our first 2 days and nearly perished from the heat.
Great location! Awesome view from the large patio that covers the living area as well as bedroom. Beach chairs and cooler were very handy. We brought way too many clothes and still used the washer and dryer and provided detergent. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided here. Always had parking available. Definitely going to stay here again.
The property and location were absolutely awesome! Having stayed there previously, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and the views are simply amazing. I would highly recommend leaving at least one morning's worth of coffee, as I had to trek to Starbuck's at 5:30am on our first morning (until we could get to the grocery store). Other than that, amenities were great, including bathroom and cooking needs. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for rest and relaxation. We will return next year!
Don’t worry about no AC, you won’t need it. The ocean breezes are perfect. House is set up well and has everything you need. Will be going back.
Everyone warned us to expect a little rain while in Kauai...well rain it did; 10+ inches in a day!
Not to worry with this beautiful condo, the porch is deep enough to sit and watch a storm. Absolutely fantastic view, and so close to the ocean you can enjoy the roar!
Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location and expertly provisioned accommodation! Would definately return to this property, i cant believe there is anything better on the island, as we did drive the entire island!
We had a great stay in Kauai! The condo was lovely and met all expectations. Yes it's 3 flights up but the view from the balcony is spectacular and worth the climb.
For those of us who have stayed here, we should keep this a closely held secret! Sunrises are stupendous! Great pool, outdoor grills, easy parking, lots of friendly old folks (like us). Location is terrific, walk to Grand Hyatt for dinner, 4-minute walk to beach, elevated view of whale performances. Unit is spacious, well supplied, comfortable, clean. Prop Mgrs. are responsive and
helpful.
To those considering this place, be forewarned, there are 32 steps up and down w no elevator (got a huge suitcase? good luck with that), no A/C in living area, no view of sunset, only sunrise that will overwhelm you, dozens of hungry birds cackling, friendly neighbors you might not want to talk to, shopping over 1 MILE away!

Beautiful condo with spectacular views! Very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning from the lanai.
The unit had spectacular ocean, beach and property views and was very clean.
Gorgeous ocean view, nice lanai. When the tradewinds are blowing, it's divine, but when they stop, it's stuffy. There's AC in the main bedroom though, and the unit has its own washer/dryer. The unit has 2bed/2ba, and is very beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fantastic. Just be aware that you have to lug your bags up 3 flights of stairs.
The unit is right next to the Grand Hyatt, so the area is very luxurious and has a great beach and adjoining walking path.
Problem: When we wanted to extend our stay, we tried contacting the concierge/management 5x (it was the number they gave us), but never got a single call back so we moved over to the Grand Hyatt!
