Welcome to your own piece of paradise in sunny Po’ipu on the island Kaua’i! From the moment you walk in to our clean and bright one bedroom/one bath condo, you will be blown away by the incredible, unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen! The expansive living area has wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding door, filling the unit with light and allowing the ocean breezes to gently blow through.

Step out on to the spacious lanai to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and mountains, or take the short stroll on the grass to the protected cove to put your toes in the sand or go snorkeling. The ocean is less than 20 feet away from the lanai! Enjoy gorgeous sunrise views as you watch the honus (turtles) relaxing in the cove; during the winter months, you’ll be treated to the sight of humpback whales playing out in the ocean.

This was a perfect place for us. The location was great. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the lanai to watch the sunrise and to see the ocean & the sky during day & evening. The property was clean, well furnished and comfortably stocked with what we needed. The property owner was very responsive to questions.

Great stay! Prime location on the ocean in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was beautifully decorated with great Hawaiian art. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels and toys were greatly appreciated.

This was a very lovely location with the ocean right outside the patio. The snorkeling was better here than on the paid tour we did! Note to other travelers, if you go snorkeling, go to the other side of the complex. The side this unit is on is a bit rocky and we fell and cut ourselves up. The other side has a nice beach to easily walk in. If you want to eat at the restaurant on the other side of the complex, make reservations before you go. They were booked by the time we got there. It is walkable to the local shopping mall, but without sidewalks it is a little sketchy. We chose to drive everywhere but it was close to everything. The only negative we had was the toilet paper. It was single ply and made that part of the trip unpleasant. Just felt that this was a simple upgrade that would have made the trip better and thought I would mention it for the owners for the future. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

We arrived at Karen and David’s condo to find it very well cleaned (very important to us!) and supplied. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the keyless front door entry. The calming view of Hanakaape Bay was perfect. The unit windows face south so we grabbed the patio chairs and walked out the sliding glass door to view the sunsets around the corner of the building. We rarely used the AC and instead used the tower fans (3) to cool us down. The AC in both the living room and bedrooms are whisper quiet. We appreciated how comfortable the two chairs in the living room were and how we could watch the huge wall TV and still look out onto the bay. The king bed was super comfortable and we had no problems adjusting and slept well every night. There were 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, 2 coolers, an umbrella, boogie boards, and ice packs in the freezer for beach days. The kitchen was well-stocked and had both a Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee machines (I left filters for the Mr. Coffee machine). The unit had extra toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap/bags, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, and much more. The bathroom towels were plush and not scratchy. We liked the extra little amenities like a power strip in the bedroom, nightlight in the bathroom, dimming lights in the kitchen, and welcome surprise in the fridge (which we did not imbibe in 😊). The unit location was perfect. We walked to The Beach House around the corner of the building for a beautiful sunset dinner. One day we drove up to Waimea Canyon for the fantastic scenic overlooks. On another day, we drove north to the end of the road and enjoyed Haena Beach and the popular stops all along the way. The Poipu area was more our speed than the busier Princeville area so we felt we picked the perfect location and unit for our stay.
