Ocean view and more! This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Split level home with a private pool on the ocean. The large upper level lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The view is amazing from here, whether you’re watching the family in the pool below, the view of the ocean, or watching the sky change colors as the sun sets. After the sun has set the view even gets better. The light’s on the southern shoreline reflecting on the ocean creates a picture perfect memorable and romantic night. There are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, large California King Bed’s and ocean view. There are two other bedrooms one has a King bed that can be broken down to two twins if needed and the last is two twin beds. The upper level kitchen is very well equipped for all your food preparing and cooking comforts. There is a 3/4 kitchen on the lower level that is also very well equipped minus the stove and cook top. Other amenities included in the house: Parking for 3 cars. One in the carport behind automated gate, two more along the street, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, portable BBQ, ceiling fans, whole house stereo on upper level, ping pong table, outdoor shower....

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home, and it was just as good, if not better - then the 1st trip. We had 5 adults total - my husband and I, our two adult kids, and one significant other. Had breakfast on the lanai every morning, went to a couple of nearby beaches, and a couple a bit further away. Enjoyed relaxing pool time, with the noodles and float provided. The house had everything we needed. And I could relax and take in the amazing view all day long. Thank you so much! We hope to be back again!! Mahalo!

This house has a fantastic location where we watched dolphins and sunsets on the huge outdoor patio, swam in the ocean front pool and relaxed around the house. Well stocked house with lots of spaces for people to gather or get away for privacy and quiet.

Our 9 day trip was amazing we had beautiful sunsets everyday. home was In perfect location and had beach and pool items and kitchen utensils pots and pans and everything you would need to cook or bbq with a new bbq!! That Sadie the housekeeper brought us she was very helpful
Can’t wait to return again and make more memories. Also like to thank owner for the delicious apple pie and ice cream we all enjoyed it very much 😊 Thank you so much for letting us Enjoy your beautiful home 🏡 PS it was also wonderful having private swimming pool 🏊♀️ 🌴🌺

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering. Huge lanai situated directly on the ocean. The sound of crashing waves is heard in every room. The private pool was very nice….we used it every day and invented some new games. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we ate on the lanai every night. There is parking for one car in the driveway, and one car in front of the house. There is a swimming beach a 5 min drive to the north, and a good snorkeling beach a few minutes south of the property. We experienced a few minor technical issues and Sadie, the property manager, was very friendly and responsive. She even came out on a Sunday to replace the battery in a beeping smoke alarm. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!
