There were turtles in the ocean near the shore every evening. It was fun to watch them while eating dinner on the lanai. We also saw several whales from the lanai throughout our stay - we even saw a mom and baby relatively close and the mom seemed to be showing the baby how to tail slap and fin slap (binoculars were not needed). The kitchen/dining room and living room were spacious and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable - all the rooms had their own a/c unit and ceiling fan. Parking was simple with our designated spot.
The entire process was smooth, the property and amenities were incredible.Grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy the area and island.
What a great place- perfect for 2 couples. Location was great for doing all things on the entire island. Loved the location- great for catching the whale watching excursions.
Condo was right on the water, very clean and comfortable. Wall of windows overlooking the ocean was great. Nice breeze in the evening. Some may not like the location right next to the marina, but that provided walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium, and boats leaving for sunset cruises. Entrance to the building is not the most appealing, but you get over that once inside . Would definitely repeat !
I truly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else while on Maui! This condo was centrally located, corner unit, beautiful view, spacious and just plain incredible! We saw turtles every morning and evening in the water from the balcony, saw some sting rays in the bay as well. We ate at the general store most mornings for breakfast and they had little odds and ends we needed. We could get anywhere on the island within such a short drive! We took a boat tour at the marina and got to see dolphins and snorkel. We had the best time! They had chairs and an umbrella for the beach. They had dishes for us to cook. It truly felt like home for almost two weeks. We will absolutely be back!
PROS: Central Maui Location. Close to the airport. 2 great bedrooms. Fun SeaTurtles to watch outside just steps away. Updated kitchen. New comfortable recliner couch.
Cons: I would not have stayed here had I known my friend in a wheelchair could NOT get down to the pool or lawn area. (Not ADA friendly). The condo is in the flight path to the airport so loud low flying aircraft. The lanai pictures are misleading with the newer or different furniture. (Neeeds to be updated)
