The location was perfect just outside of all of the craziness of Waikiki. Easy access to the beach. The place had beautiful views no matter which direction you were looking. Excellent communication and response from the property manager. We had an issue with our parking the first day, I contacted the property manager and they quickly took care of the problem and refunded 1 night of parking without me having to request a refund. Futon a little uncomfortable for my teenage daughter but overall everything we expected would highly recommend this place.

Property above which was selected was not available when I arrived and my Unit was changed by the Property Manager. I selected the Unit and I was put in a different Unit was not given the reason. I did not receive notification in advance and did not know this was occurring until I arrived. The unit I was placed in had broken screen and some of the windows did not open.

This is advertised as sleeping 4 adults. That is certainly not true. The fold-out futon (the size of a twin bed) can sleep one adult or two small children. The apartment was clean and well stocked, and had gorgeous views. The guest host (David) was very nice and helpful.
