Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Host was easy to contact and checked on us after check in. We walked to Kam II beach almost daily and even saw a sea turtle there! Great stay.
You can't get closer to the beach than this -- it was awesome to have the Kamaole beach parks right across the street for morning snorkeling. Kihei was a great place to stay to have the option of exploring the fancier resorts to the south but to have more affordable options near us. The unit itself is nothing fancy but clean and totally serviceable: there's A/C, washer & dryer, plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also appreciated being able to borrow the host's beach chairs. John was great about communication and gave us a very helpful list of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
The checkin process is very easy. Communication was great. The condo was well stocked with all amenities, even the little thoughtful things like reef safe sunscreen, beach towls,cooler, beach chairs, and unbrella. Perfect place for a family.
Lovely beach 1/2 block away. Easy to carry your chair! Kitchen had everything we needed. Exceptional clean.
John was a wonderful host. We had an issue with a light in the bathrooms, and they were replaced the same day. It was great to have beach chairs for our use. We loved the location, just minutes walk from the beach and stores and restaurants! Loved our stay and very happy with our accommodations. Thank you John!
Condo is modern and well equipped. Great location and Kam 2 is a great beach.

êWe have stayed in Hawaii at least 2 times prior to this. I have been to 5 islands, and I think the islands are among the most beautiful places on earth. I had thought about retiring in Kauai.
Came to Maui for grandson's wedding. And had a wonderful time! The condo was in perfect area for my daughter and grandsons to see and enjoy Hawaii for the 1st time. With all the shops and beaches it gave them the freedom to go and explore without needing any transportation. Nightlife at the Barmuda Triangle rounded out the vacation for the boys perfectly.The only complaint was fan in smaller bedroom didn't work.

We loved the condo and its location. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The host was very responsive and the property managers were helpful and friendly. The condo is located across the street from a great beach for families and snorkeling. It is also an easy walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.
My husband and our baby, along with our friends and their 1 year old, stayed at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place is very well equipped for a day at the beach which is especially convenient as it’s right across the street. The beach wagon was so handy. Comfortable, firm beds! Good AC. Great host- super responsive and accommodating. Nice lanai. One note is that the building does not have an elevator so if stairs are a challenge that may be tricky. Loved our stay- would easily come back!
